I used it for skiing in Niseko and Rusutsu.Just under 30,000 yen for 5 days and 4 nights. It's cheap.I stayed in a bunk bed type room and it felt quite small, but compared to the price it was fine. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and each bed had an outlet.Another plus is that there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The parking lot wasn't too far away, so I personally didn't find it stressful.Check-in, check-out, and exchange of amenities are all self-service, so if you plan on doing so from the beginning, you can do everything at your own pace, which may be more comfortable than at a ryokan.Personally, I would like to use it again.

A nice hotel that is in the centre of all the restaurants, just a block from the bus stop and a quick walk to the train station and super markets. The kitchenette is good to make breakfast but they do not provide a fry pan or knife.

Nice, clean, tiny Japanese hotel room with a window you can open, it's located in an area with lots of dining options, there are 2 satellite parking lots a short walk from the hotel that provide free parking, be sure to use your RESERVATION number when checking in, not the booking ID or other numbers online booking sites provide.

It may be confused with a stay resort, but it is a different building. All rooms are non-smoking, microwaves, IH stoves, plates and other tableware are provided, and the location is good in the downtown area.Since check-in and check-out are operated by a drone, preferences seem to be clearly divided. However, I thought it would be better if there was a facility where you could temporarily store your luggage before check-in and after check-out.

There is a parking lot nearby, so you have to walk a little, but there are many restaurants nearby and it is very green.Although the reception desk is completely unmanned, there is only one machine and I felt that it would not be as smooth with multiple people. The room was quite tight, but it was quiet and comfortable.Spare toothbrushes, towels, etc., and the amenities are satisfactory. However, before I checked out, the cleaner came into the room, opened the bathroom door, pooped, and we made eye contact. Please be careful not to enter the room before checking out.

There was a problem with not being able to check in using the reservation number, but the room was clean and well equipped with a kitchen. If you just want to stay the night, it's perfectly fine.
