It's about a 20 minute walk from Otaru station. There are some hills along the way so it might be a little difficult.However, considering the accommodation fee, the cleanliness and fashion of the building, and the ease of use of the kitchen, I am left feeling more satisfied.It looks like an old Western-style building, and the wide staircase is also atmospheric.I searched for the washroom with a map of the building in hand.There is a convenience store nearby, and I also went to a public bath ♨️ which is about a 10 minute walk away.The hot water here is also recommended.Also, if you stop by the nearby shrine ⛩️ Suitengu Shrine, you can enjoy the sea of Otaru to your heart's content.🅿️There is also a parking lot

The building seems to be old, but it is clean and stylish. Lawson is right on the corner, so it's not an inconvenience if you don't mind.You have to install the sheets yourself, but the bed is fluffy! I had a better night's sleep than my bed at home and laughed out loud. I think bedding is important.It's about a 20 minute walk to the canal. I think it's a good distance to go out for a walk.I'm on foot so it didn't matter, but apparently bikes aren't allowed. Be careful. Not only the storage space but also the noise... It's in a residential area so I guess they're concerned about the neighborhood. Maybe some of the loud guys came and caused trouble in the past. It's cheap, so it's likely to be a good place to stay for motorcyclists who land on the ferry. But it’s not possible!

I have used over 100 guesthouses so far, but the quality was in the top three. There are public baths, convenience stores, and downtown areas nearby, and the location is great and the scenery is wonderful. I would like to visit again. Thank you very much 😊

I used a private room.The building is old but has been renovated and the interior is beautiful.The room was quiet and I slept well 😊Also, the staff spoke to me in a friendly manner 🤲

Checked in on 2024/09/09. The female staff member was very friendly and helpful, and she told us about yakitori restaurants that are popular with locals. He was also very helpful in creating opportunities to talk with the guests, and I enjoyed talking about my travels with interesting people from Korea. The common room is also nice and has an atmosphere where it's easy to talk to people. I was very impressed with the attention to detail in the interior design and the cleanliness and ease of use that you would expect from a Japanese guest house.

A really retro pension-like hotel? It was! !Might be recommended for couples!The bath is only a shower, but shampoo, body soap, and bath towels are provided.You can drink as much coffee as you want, and it's like a cafe on the first floor, so you can relax.A refrigerator was also provided.
