You can be shuttled to the large open-air bath. If you walk, you can get there in about 15 minutes by climbing a steep hill, but it is better to ask for a shuttle. Breakfast is buffet and has a lot of protein. Since it's Zao Onsen, it has a very strong sour taste that will leave your skin feeling slippery. There is an open air space, but it is a little warm. There is no air conditioner so the room is stuffy. In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of days in summer when temperatures exceed 30 degrees Celsius. There are restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance.

I used it by myself. The hot springs were open 24 hours and were very nice. There was no air conditioner in the room, but a fan. Although it was summer, it was cool enough to open the windows and turn on the fan at night and in the morning.Speaking of Yamagata, the rice is of course delicious, but the blueberry ice cream and hijiki rice for dessert were also delicious. The staff were very courteous and we had a great time chatting with each other.

I went to this hotel by motorbike during summer vacation. |For dinner, I chose Yamagata beef sukiyaki. The amount of food was small, but it was delicious. The creme brulee dessert was also excellent. …

The hot water is soft and gentle. The inn was old, the food was okay, it wasn't that expensive, and it was Taro Okamoto's regular lodging.

Good to be able to check in earlyThe hot springs were so hot that I was able to warm up my cold body. When I used it during the year-end and New Year holidays, there wasn't much snow so it took me a long time to get to the slopes. The food is really not tasty so I hope they improve it...
