I stayed for 2 consecutive nights.I arrived early, so I waited until 3pm.As soon as I entered the room, the first thing I noticed was that it was cold. Even though I arrived early and knew I was going to check in, there was no consideration given to keeping the room warm. There is a photo of a kotatsu, but the kotatsu cannot be used yet. Since I couldn't use the kotatsu, I thought I had no choice but to use the air conditioner, but when I looked at the air conditioner, it was full of dust! I asked them to clean it immediately. Then I went to the public bath. First of all, the indoor bath in the large public bath was lukewarm. When I took a bath in the open-air bath, it was so lukewarm that I couldn't stay in it. I had no choice but to take a shower to warm myself up.The food on the first day was not very good and I left it almost inedible.A staff member came to apologize for the hot spring in the room getting too hot during our meal, and when I told him that I couldn't use the hot spring in the public bath because it was lukewarm, he said that the pump had stopped working. If I hadn't said anything, I'm sure he would have remained silent without an apology. Wouldn't you normally call the customer to inform them? The room was still dusty and I couldn't get a good rest. I was so worried that I wanted to cancel the second night, but there were no other accommodations available that day, so I gave up.On the second day, when I asked for additional bath towels, I was told that there would be an additional charge. When I asked him about it on the first day, I told him he hadn't said anything like that, and he said he would check. After that, I was told that since I had not informed them on the first day, there would be no additional charge. Is there a place like this? And strangely enough, the food on the second day was delicious. The people who deal with it are also doing a good job. It's strange that when you stay for consecutive nights, the food only tastes better on the second day.My foreign friends and my Japanese friends who like hot springs also told me that it was a place they were interested in, but I told them that it was really bad and I couldn't introduce it to them.I'm very disappointed because Ikkyu's reviews weren't great.I think it can be helped if they were stingy with everything and stayed in a cheap accommodation, but I'm very disappointed. The service was so bad that I regret choosing this place. I have many other thoughts, but I will never use it again. It was a very unpleasant and tiring trip.

Thank you for always providing such a wonderful space.Thank you to the staff for being so kind to us.It is also wonderful that the rice field god Saa is enshrined and rice is grown on the premises. If possible, please attach it to the rice field god.I think it would be a good idea to remove the red bandana.

Good point: Open-air bath at sister hotelCons: Food, service, and facilities are not worth the price.◾️MealsIt's a passing score. However, I was not impressed with the content, which I will probably forget after a month.◾️ServiceIt doesn't have a luxurious feel, and the customer service is simple enough for an inn that costs 10,000 yen per night. Personally, the first room tour was superfluous. I wanted to enjoy it with my companion as soon as possible... I was wondering if you could come out... and I felt sorry for thinking that way.The instructions for the meals are as per the manual. Part-time job feeling.◾️Hot springThe bath at Miyama Sanso is the worst. The temperature of the indoor bath is too hot. The upper layer of the open air is thick, and the middle and lower layers are so cold that they can be mistaken for water.Although I visited during the season before the leaves started falling, it was definitely the bath with the most leaves dancing in my life. It's not floating, it's sinking a lot inside. It's inferior to public baths that cost 500 yen.The bath at the sister hotel was of the highest quality among all the hotels. The spring quality is good, the scenery is pretty good, there are many different types of baths, and it's fun to stop by and walk along the path that leads to the baths naked.◾️Room/FacilitiesThe room has a rustic open-air bath and is a good score. The interior is clean, but there are some scratches and it doesn't feel luxurious.I really appreciate that the yukata and pajamas are separate, and the quality of the pajamas is excellent.Overall review: I think it would have been a good memory if it was around 20,000 yen. 40,000 yen per night is too much. No revisit.

It is divided into the Yamamizuki main building and the annex, and the annex is expensive, but all the indoor baths are bathed in hot spring water. You can enjoy forest bathing from the window, which is perfect. You can be picked up by an electric cart for transportation. The beds are semi-double and comfortable. It's relaxing.

Visited on a weekday evening. The road to get there is quite narrow and winding, so you need to be careful. However, the inn felt like another world. The bathroom in the main building is simply wonderful. One of the top hot springs I've ever visited. I arrived early on a weekday, so there was no one else there but me, and all the baths were private (lol), so it was a great feeling. The food was delicious, and I was impressed by the hospitality of the young staff.I was satisfied with the starry sky that seemed to fall from the open-air bath in my room. I would like to see you again.

We stayed for consecutive nights! The food was delicious and the hot springs were the perfect temperature and felt great. Thank you very much to the staff for taking great care of us.Perhaps because it was a rainy day, the ground on the grounds was very slippery. I thought it would be better to be careful about the compatibility between the sandals and the ground.

I was able to take a break from everyday life and spend some time relaxing. Each dish is delicious, and the food is served in beautiful bowls. There are hot springs, indoor baths, and open-air baths, so I was able to forget about the time and enjoy it.
