I was planning to climb Mt. Kisokomagatake the next day, so I looked for a station in front of Okaya Station because I wanted to find a station as close to Komagane Station as possible to catch a JR train early in the morning. I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel because I would just arrive and sleep at night, so I'm glad I changed from a hotel in front of Matsumoto Station that had a room available the day before.From the outside, it looks like an apartment. The mystery deepens as there is an IH in the room that seems to be blocking the sink. I made up a story that the owner changed hands during construction and turned it into a hotel.When I arrived at the station, I tried to tell them over the phone that I would be checking in late because I was going to have dinner at a restaurant next to the station, but they told me that it was automatic and that I didn't need to contact them if I was arriving by 24:00. When I went to check in after the meal, the front desk was an Asian woman, so I was satisfied. It's hard to have people say different things to you over the phone.I would have liked twin beds, but this one has a sofa bed. I was hurting my back so I went to bed. My wife slept on the sofa bed, but she couldn't sleep because the middle part was sunken.I stayed overnight without meals as my departure was early, just after 6am. There is a convenience store nearby, so after checking in, I went to buy water and yogurt.Free coffee is available in the lobby on the first floor. There is a hot water pot and microwave available for use 24 hours a day. There is a free laundry room on the basement floor, where washing machines and dryers can be used from 3pm to 10am. There are various items available to rent at the front desk. My family rented another chair with a rumble.If you stay for multiple nights, you will receive a bottle of mineral water if you do not have to clean your room. Also, if you make a reservation from the official website, you will receive mineral water or Oronamin C.

The location is good as it's close to Okaya Station, but the front desk staff's explanations were difficult to understand and sloppy.The parking lot in front of the hotel is usually full and it is difficult to park in the second parking lot, so we recommend that you go to the third parking lot from the beginning.There is only one microwave, kettle, etc. at the front desk on the first floor, which is inconvenient.The room feels like a normal business hotel.

More disappointing than the reviewsThe people upstairs were so noisy that I couldn't sleep.Even though I was warned several times, they didn't listen and the hotel staff didn't respond very well.I chose it because it's close to the expressway and Lake Suwa, but next time I'd like to check out some other places!Too bad the breakfast was good

It's right in front of Okaya Station, so the location is perfect.The room was a smoking type, but there was no odor that bothered me.The atmosphere is that of a business hotel, so I think it's more for singles than families.
