I stayed here for 3 nights on a family trip.The location and access from Tokyo are excellent, and the room was more like a rental apartment than a hotel, so the usability and cost performance were very good.However, I stayed in a corner room called 206, and the toilet had a smell that I had never experienced before.(I bought the deodorizing power here, but the odor stuck to it was so strong that it was only a momentary relief.)Also, although it may not be possible to do it cost-effectively, the cleaning was not thorough, and the refrigerator had stains and dirt stuck to it from someone else's use, so we did our best to clean it up.I think this is a very easy-to-use facility for those who don't care much about the feel or smell of the facility.

The location is very good, near the station, with supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby.Stayed in a Type F room.When registering as a guest in advance, I was unable to fill in the information due to a system glitch, so I contacted them and they responded politely.The check-in process was smooth as there was a video explaining how to do it.If you use the tablet at the reception desk when checking in, you can check out without having to do anything.The rooms are in a relatively new building, so they look clean. There were two sinks and two toilets, so it was good for a large group of people.When I asked the customer center in advance if there was an auxiliary toilet seat for children in the toilet, the reply was that they didn't know because they had never been to the room. I was disappointed because I wouldn't have needed to bring it if I had known in advance that it would be available. The staff at the customer center don't know about the status of the rooms.The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils. However, the pots, frying pans, and cutting boards are so scratched that I don't feel like using them. There is no saran wrap or kitchen paper. The only cups available are glass or heavy mugs, so if you are bringing children with you, it may be a good idea to bring paper cups.There was a blood-like stain on one of the comforters and it was unpleasant. You'll notice this when you put on the duvet cover. I don't understand why it is being used as is. I contacted the customer center and asked them to take action.

Staying the night for a girls' night out.There's a supermarket near the station and a restaurant, so it's a great location!However, there are some parts that are a little difficult to unlock, so be careful!The room was clean and there was a bath, so it was very nice.

It's close to the station and the rooms are very clean and nice. I'm happy to stay at this price for a family of 5. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's possible to cook your own meals, so I'd definitely like to stay for several nights next time.The only problem is that the check-in process is difficult to understand. As long as I knew that, everything was fine!

This place is not far from the Narita Airport, only about 45 mins by train and only ABT 2 mins walk from the Higashi matsudo station. Spotless Clean. Can easily fit 7 people. There are few good places for food nearby. Only 20 mins to Disneyland by train.

This is self check-in.It was close to the station, spacious, had a kitchen, and was clean.It was disappointing that the price was high even though it was not in the city center.

Stayed here for 8 days while in Japan! Loved that it was next to a train station but for anything local, it was a little far out. Would I stay here again…sure would! Definitely enjoyed myself!

You will be automatically checked in as shown in the photo, and you can enter the room with your password. The same code will be sent to you by email in advance, but if it is automatically sorted into spam, there is a risk that you will have trouble entering the building for the first time.The room itself was large and very convenient.After entering the room, I could hear the voices of the guests in the next room being flirty, so I guess the soundproofing is not good enough.

Really nice and clean room. Spent 3 nights there without any problems. A great location with connections to the station and quick connections in the greater Tokyo area.There is a smoking area directly.

I stay here on business a few times a year, it's right next to the train station and the check in process is a self check in which is quite easy. The rooms are nothing fancy and the only gripe I have is that most of the rooms don't have a proper desk to work at.

I stayed here on my way back from Disney. There is no parking lot, but there are coin parking lots nearby, so you won't have any problems. There are also many convenience stores. Since it was unmanned, I received an email in advance regarding entry, check-in procedures, and unlocking the room, and I was able to get in by following the instructions, but it was a bit difficult. There was even a video included, but there were no subtitles, so it was silent and difficult to understand. I was very satisfied with the layout and size of the room, but did I need replacement sheets? is left behind the sofa, a box of tissues is empty, a mysterious mug is left on the desk, the desk is covered in water droplets, and dishes are left unwashed. Or was there a previous guest in the shower? Is your hair tangled? The kettle was dirty, the humidifier was covered in dust, and the overall impression was that it was not well maintained. It's a waste. I was grateful that they provided a large amount of bath towels and face towels. The toothbrush is a one-time disposable type that is soaked with toothpaste. There were two hair dryers, which was very convenient. There are no repeats.

It's really a good accommodation. The room is spacious and provides complete facilities. It's clean, tidy and comfortable. The price is also very affordable and good value for money. It's right next to Higashi Matsudo Station. You can use the JR line and subway line to get in and out. There are shopping malls and convenience stores nearby. It is also very convenient for daily needs and supplies. I highly recommend you to stay here again next time.

Regarding the room I stayed in, I didn't notice any smell or dirt. There were some areas where the wallpaper had peeled off, probably because the guests were getting angry.There are no employees, but if you check in and watch the video on how to enter the room, you will be contacted in advance and you will be able to enter your room smoothly.We stayed with 4 people, 3 of whom will be on the bed and 1 will be on the sofa bed. I unfolded the sofa and placed the provided futon on it, but it felt a little hard.Detergent, sponges, and cups are provided.The bath can be dried in the bathroom, and there are two bars for drying. There are also about 10 hangers and one small size pinch hanger.There was no wash basin or seat, so I wish I had one.There is no washing machine in the room, but there are two communal ones where you can wash and dry your clothes.

The facility was new, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The station is also nearby, making it easy to move around.The cleaning aspect was criticized by other people, but it was improved and it was okay. If you are concerned, there is a vacuum cleaner provided, so you may only need to vacuum a little. . .Overall, it's a very comfortable accommodation.

The building itself was new, the reception staff was friendly, and the facilities in the room were perfect. I think it's a reasonable and perfect place to stay for people of the generation who don't feel the hassle of online reception.The location of Higashi-Matsudo is modest, but considering that it can be reached by train from both Haneda and Narita airports, I thought it might be a hidden gem for inbound tourists.
