A multi-purpose outdoor leisure facility located on the banks of Daiza Hoshi Pond. It's been a few years since it was renovated to take advantage of the camping boom, and it feels like it's now well established. It has everything you need including food, shopping, campgrounds, and activities, and it's not deep in the mountains, so it's especially suitable for families camping. It is also easily accessible from Nagano City, etc., so it is also a good place to stop by when driving or sightseeing, along with Togakushi.

I visited Daiza Hoshi Pond for the first time in a long time, and I was impressed to see how beautiful it was! The newly opened "Nagano Forest Village" campsite is connected to Mori-no-Eki, and has a spectacular view of Daiza Hoshi Pond spreading out in front of you. There are plenty of facilities, clean restrooms, and vending machines, so you can enjoy camping easily. It is a highland that can be reached in just 30 minutes by car from downtown Nagano, so it is recommended for those who want to experience nature easily.Another good point is that you can get an Asakawa Dam card at the tourist information center next door! You can get dam cards and mountain cards at the information center even on weekends and holidays, so be sure to give them a try when you visit.

I used it for camping. We used the lakeside deck site, but the view was amazing and we were able to camp in peace. It was said that there were nearly 100 reservations for the day, and tents were set up in small spaces on both flat and sloped areas, but it was very nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. The Marche had a good selection of products and I was very satisfied! I fell in love with Queen Rouge Grape and Vegetable Chips! I would like to use it againAlso, the toilets at Mori Station are stylish.

Instead of camping, we took a break during the drive and used the cafe.It was a wonderful place where you could feel the warmth of the trees and nature. Personally, I thought it would be nice if the cafe's drink menu was a little more extensive. The restrooms and buildings are really clean and tidy.

I stayed here for one night in early October.Being 1000m above sea level, it was cooler than the city. The temperature in the morning was 15℃, which was perfect for camping. The toilet was also very clean and had a washlet. However, there is no hot water in the kitchen.I think it's a difficult place for winter camping. However, it was a great place with a great view.

Cheaper than others in the off-seasonThere weren't many people so I was able to set up my tent freely. The washing area and toilet were also very clean and nice.I was able to rent a bonfire stand for 1,000 yen, so it was a nice camping experience 🎵🎵The store also sold alcohol, meat, and some vegetables, so if you don't have enough food, I think it's a good idea to buy there. There's also a cafe during the day, so it's perfect for a change of pace. However, the staff told me that I could walk to a nearby hot spring, so I went...I can't enter because it's reserved...When I was cleaning up after returning home, bees came out and I felt sick so I had to leave. But overall it was good 😁
