I only ate here, didn't stay overnight. Can't recommend it though. The food tasted bland and burnt and the service wasn't really attentive. But very high prices for Bali conditions.

We had a amazing time. The food was a bit long waiting, but worth it. The staff is friendly and liked a party. The location on the beach is a must see, with a show of the fire breathing guys. For sure a recommendation.

Funky Place is a great bar with a good concept for an unforgettable evening. We were made very welcome by Adi and his colleagues. We played beer pong with Adi and his colleagues and also with other people of all nationalities. It's a warm and lively place, with live music.Adi is the most wonderful maître d'. And to our delight, he made us try a special drink from them which we loved and also the pizza.🇧🇪

Good location near Lovina Mitte. On the way to the hotel, which was a long way for us every evening, we stopped by here again and heard the live band. I can only say wonderful. Such a beautiful voice. When we finally managed to get ourselves to go in, a very talented lady who was there as a guest even sang. The evening was great to end with, a cocktail special that was really delicious. 👍

Everything was incredible.Timeless place and superb atmosphere. The servers are adorable, as are the live bands.The cocktails are good!It’s a must in Lovina if not the best bar to go out 🤗Thank you Funky team!

I stayed in lovina for a month, and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment in funky. The place was impeccably clean, and the hospitality was exceptional. Even though I was there alone, I never felt lonely because the staff always made me feel welcome and comfortable. The location by the beach was perfect offering a peaceful yet fun environment with every amenity you could need. I highly recommend this place to everyone. You should meet all the wonderful people here. I would especially like to thank Adi for all his help. He assisted me with everything I needed and made my stay truly comfortable. I’m grateful for everything. Thank you for your kindness and friendship. I’ll never forget you guys 🥲🫶🏼🤍

Location is amazing, It's a great value for money, room is stylish and the staff friendly. The beach is walking distance and the breakfast was good. My sister liked it too.

I was in the restaurant a couple of nights, I loved the live music and the atmosphere. The workers are super friendly and even invited me to a piña colada juice. Adi, as well as other colleagues, were very attentive and kind. Many thanks for everything.

I love it! ❤️ It's so much more beautiful in real life. All of my expectations were exceeded from the start. The atmosphere is so familiar. Adi and his team are friendly, helpful and accommodating and even addressed us by our names. You feel so welcome here. We were also able to extend our stay without any problem.The food is delicious, whether German schnitzel, Italian pizza or Indonesian gado gado, everything was delicious. The band plays great music and the beach is close by. We will come back *-*I love it! Thank you for making my holiday unforgettable ❤️

The Funky Place lives up to its name and wants to be “funky” overall. This means that you can hear their funky music in your room even late into the night. On special evenings there is also great singing from the live music! But don’t worry, your four-legged “roommates” will be happy to celebrate with you. The hotel also invites you to a social media detox, as no WiFi signal in the world reaches you in the room. And if you feel lonely and alone, that's okay, you can really hear everything from your neighbors. Isn't that nice?The beautiful complex and good location are not enough to be able to relax in any way. The hotel's oversupply of everything is too much and the loss of quality is noticeable. For vacationers or others, this place is only suitable for partying, but to be honest, not even for that. Not a recommendation, even if the breakfast was delicious.

Funky Place is a great bar to spend a good evening. We were very well received by Adi and his colleagues. It is a warm and full of life place.Adi is the most wonderful head waiter, his smile is devastating and contagious, he joined the party with us and we had a really good time with him. Recommend staying at the funky place.The restaurant, bar and accommodation are set up very nicely and there’s a relaxing atmosphere. Food is good and the stuff is very nice and helpful. There’s free water and coffee the whole day. In the evening there’s often live music and you can play Billard for free. Be aware that depending on your room you might still hear the music in the room, but for me that was ok.The price is reasonable for what you get.
