I made a reservation through Rakuten Travel and it cost 10,500 yen for 3 adults (no meals).Close to Kofu Station, it's a great location for walking around and eating out!The room is a maisonette type with a sofa, table, refrigerator, and 1 bed on the 1st floor, and 2 beds and a unit bath with toilet on the 2nd floor.TVs and air conditioners are installed on the first and second floors.Amenity set and hair dryer are also available♪The building feels old, but I didn't hear any noise from other guests, so it was very quiet. If you don't need meals, this price is perfect for a stay without meals!

I had to go out for Obon in a hurry and managed to make a reservation the night before.As the reviews said, it has a retro feel, but it was cheap at 9,500 yen for 2 people per night, and it was conveniently located near the station with good access to restaurants.There is no washlet or heated toilet seat, but there is a microwave on the 1st floor and a washer and dryer on the 4th floor.The front desk staff was also very kind!⚠️If you are using the refrigerator, please turn it on 🔛 as soon as you enter the room!《Amenities》Shampoo, toothbrush, T-shaped razor, soap"parking"・First 5 cars reserved in advance (500 yen)・[Park Japan Marunouchi No. 5] is close and convenient! (18:00-8:00, maximum 600 yen at night)

The price for a room without meals was 4,700 yen on Rakuten Travel.This price is a good deal in a prime location.Of course, I can accept that it's old-fashioned.
