Best experience we have had in Japan. Service was splendid ant the hotel itself was amazing. We did not expect that the gardens were so big and wonderful. Yukata experience was great and we had so much fun with bingo and enjoyed tea ceremony and taiko drum show.I also want to remark dinner: everything was delicious and the service was near to a michellin restaurant.

The room is so beautiful, you can see Mount Fuji from outside, you can drink 36 kinds of wines, and you can see Mount Fuji in the open air.

Unfortunately, the open-air bath on the rooftop with a view of Mt. Fuji had stairs so my father, who has bad feet, was unable to enter. However, I think the hotel is well-designed to be barrier-free.The food was delicious too 😋The room was clean and comfortable in a good way. When I visited, the weather was bad so I couldn't see Mt. Fuji, but it would be great if the weather was nice.I would like to go again as a revenge to see Mt. Fuji.

Although I was not able to see Mount Fuji due to weather conditions, it was a bit regretful. But the overall hotel service and hot spring dining experience are great. In the evening, there will be a Taiko drum performance and BINGO lottery in the hotel lobby. I believe it will come a second time

This is the best hot spring inn in Japan. The rooms are spacious and have a view of Mt. Fuji. The Japanese garden is large and very beautiful. We spent a long time just walking around the garden. The kaiseki cuisine was excellent. staff was also the best! They prepared cake and flowers for my parents' wedding anniversary, making their first visit to Japan very special. We can't thank them enough for this service. We will come again. Thank you so much.It is the best hot spring inn in Japan. The room is large and you can see Fuji. Of course it has to do with the price, but the food was good.In particular, I think the number of items on the breakfast buffet was probably the best.Shine Muscat and grapes are all you can eat.

Yesterday, I made an appointment for SPA service at your hotel with a good mood. As a result, the service staff called us in the evening and kept talking about this term in English that we could not understand. We spoke to her in English. We can't understand. Ask her to explain and explain again, then just hang up on me. Then I went to the counter on the first floor to check the situation, and it happened to be the service staff on the phone. She said that she asked us on the phone if we wanted to cancel. We answered yes, but in fact, my husband and I both asked her in English if she could explain it further, and there was no answer about cancellation. She said that she could make a reservation for the SPA service at 22:00, and asked me which one I wanted to choose. I said I wanted to make a 70-minute reservation, but she said I could only make a 60-minute reservation. The spa business hours are until 24:00, why can't I make a reservation? But I can make a 70-minute reservation at 11 o'clock. This is really strange. It's only 10 minutes away. I used a translator and told her that I wanted to cancel the reservation because I felt very bad. She didn't apologize. She just finished reading it without any reaction. , just looked at me and said, "Oh, this, I'm very angry. The mood of the trip has been ruined. Even the SPA can't be done. The attitude of your service staff makes me feel that it is not worth the high price for one night. I originally thought that your service Very good, I was looking forward to a good experience, but now I am very disappointed.
