The bathhouse is small but very comfortable. There is a free all-you-can-drink bar in the evening. The breakfast is delicious.

I used it on a solo trip.[Good points]It's a new hotel, so it feels clean. The beds in the guest rooms are soft and comfortable, and there is a TV monitor hanging on the wall so you can watch it while you sleep. The location is good as there are many restaurants around. I took out Sushiro and ate it at the hotel. Alcohol and juice are available as welcome drinks. The hot spring ♨️ is beautiful. The room key unlocked with a 6-digit number, so I thought it was reasonable to go keyless. You need a six-digit number to enter the women's bath, so I thought the security was pretty good. The woman in her 20s at the front desk was very helpful. I also got a good impression of how they sincerely respond to customers who have expressed low ratings or complaints on Google reviews. For privately run guesthouses, giving low ratings or dissatisfied reviews is considered a hindrance to business! There are some inns that respond with such harsh responses. However, I was left with a good impression of this inn's willingness to take advantage of low ratings and dissatisfied points to improve the service, and I thought the owner was a solid person.[Bad points/dissatisfied points]The hot spring was small. The women's bath has eight washing areas and a bathtub that can accommodate 6 to 8 adults. I think the hotel can accommodate 100 people, but I felt it was too small for that number of people. I was a little disappointed because the hotel name said it was a natural hot spring. The breakfast buffet's paper tableware felt cheap. The rice bowl was too deep and difficult to use.

We were fortunate to be given a room with a view of Mt. Fuji, which felt like a delightful bonus. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, despite reviews mentioning a limited variety. The complimentary drinks every night were a lovely touch, and the room was spotlessly clean, though it could only accommodate two pieces of luggage (one large and one small). There’s also a convenient laundrette, costing AUD 2-5 per wash depending on drying time.My only critique is that the room lacked a wardrobe, leaving limited space and not enough hangers for towels, toiletry bag and clothes, especially with a family of 3 sharing the space.

The rooms are good, the breakfast is rich. The hotel is difficult to reach by public transport. All in all we are satisfied!

There are many types of baths (hot springs), and the children enjoyed visiting them. The room was two double rooms connected inside.

The outside doesn't look very nice, but inside everything is organized down to the last detail. It's definitely great. Reception was great, concept also great, room absolutely great. …

It's a very beautiful hotel. All the staff are cheerful and have a good feeling.Lake Kawaguchi has become popular recently, and this was my third time staying here. Previously, it was 8,000 yen, but this time it was double that, 16,000 yen.The bath is a natural hot spring, but it seems to be brought from Yugawara.Breakfast is not good, but it's free so that's helpful. There are more leisure customers than business ones.

The public hot spring is too small and far away from the station. There is a department store next to it where you can buy things.

This is my fifth stay here. The female staff at the breakfast venue kindly greeted each guest one by one,The female staff at check-in did not smile, and the male staff's attitude towards my request for exchange for the washing machine was also disappointing.
