Very good service and exquisite kaiseki cuisineBut it’s hard to understand the arrangement that separates Chinese and Taiwanese people from other countries for dining on different floors? The room was not cleaned carefully and there was food from the previous guest in the refrigerator⋯

Stayed here in early October, their rooftop hot springs were amazing, food and service as well. I guess I will book western room next time as I don't sleep well on tatami.

Facing the mountain scenery and lake color of Mount Fuji, the scenery is very beautiful. There is an outdoor bath on the top floor. The beautiful scenery in front of you is unforgettable. I will definitely come again if I have the opportunity. The kaiseki cuisine in the hotel is very exquisite and delicious, and the service staff is very kind and considerate. It is really a great hotel with a beautiful view.

Highly recommend to stay at FUJIGINKEI Ryokan ! if you are going to Lake Kawaguchi or spending time around Kawaguchiko station and going for a climb up to Mt Fuji. The rooms and restaurant windows are all facing Mt Fuji and you can have a spectacular view of the mountain while having your meals or resting in your room. Dinner was fantastic and well worth. High quality ingredients at a very reasonable price. Cooked to perfection. The chef took great care in every dish’s presentation. (Unagi soup was the best! 😊)Service was a great thumbs up in every way. The hotel staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly especially Yori-San and Iwagari-San who helped us in so many ways during our stay and personally making sure we are safe for our climb to Fuji. Our heartfelt thanks. ありがとう ございます — Arigato gozaimasu 💕
