It's located in a quiet place, tucked away from the street, so you can relax. The atmosphere was like a B&B in the European countryside. The only nightwear I wore was a bathrobe, and I looked a little tired. The staff are very pleasant and kind.On the day of our stay, we were unlucky as the TV was not working due to the effects of a natural disaster, the extension phone was out of service, and there was no hot water.I realized that there was no hot water in the evening, so I couldn't make it to the private hot springs in time, so I used a day trip at a hotel that was open. The hot springs there are expensive but generous.I wondered if they knew there was a problem with the water heater.Breakfast is one plate.I couldn't use the bathroom, and the TV and phone calls to the front desk from the room were out of service. I was told that I would be refunded to my credit card because of the inconvenience caused on my way home, but I was never refunded.I liked the room, but the result was disappointing!

We went here during Obon. We stayed in the tent. I do not recommend this. The mattress was very comfortable, but you shouldn't stay here in the summer or winter. You will be miserable. There is a shower and toilet shack for people who use the tents. It was full of spiders and mold. At least there was a shower and toilet, though. After everything else, I didn't expect there to be one available for us.No where on the website does it say that there will be no food sold on site unless you buy a plan with meals, even though they advertise there being a restaurant on the property. It also doesn't say anything about not being able to rent the BBQ if someone else has already reserved it (they only have one, apparently). We did have breakfast included, which was nice and unexpected. There are also no close by restaurants to eat at unless you drive. The location is in the middle of nowhere, so if you don't have a car, then it'll be hard to get around. The scenery is beautiful, so that is a plus, but it was difficult to see anything from the hotel. You basically have to go out onto the road to see any mountains. We couldn't see Mt. Fuji at all, but that could have been weather as well. The only plus of this entire place was that we could have our dog with us. They have a little doggie park as well for your pup to run around in. It isn't very big, but it was big enough for our tiny dog to enjoy herself. We were booked for two nights and only stayed one.

Although the staff were foreign nationals, they were more polite than Japanese in terms of their response and language, and even though the owner was not present, I was surprised at the high quality of service they provided. I especially felt that they were particular about food.

It's like a cottage in a small campsite. The three rooms are connected, so you can hear your neighbors chatting while having a barbecue (dinner) on the terrace. It didn't bother me at all in the room. I think it's a great way to spend time with your dog.

It was my 7 month old little dog's first hotel stay.I used it for an overnight stay.Well, I think if you want to make various demands, you should stay at a decent place. The reviews said that the entrance was difficult to find.I was careful, but I ended up passing by once (lol)Are insects cottage style? It's in nature, so it's acceptable.I think it's a great idea to stay with your dog.If you ask me if I want to come again, I will come again. The dog seemed happy and we had a great time together. This time I wanted to try the food too.
