This is an inn where dinner and breakfast are very delicious! The location is quiet, so you can relax in the open-air bath in your room!

It was my third time using it.The customer service from the hostess is natural and warm, and although not excessive, they are attentive to every detail. The dishes are original, seasonal, and elaborately arranged, and the plates used are varied, so I think it will be a lot of fun for those who love crafts.Of course it's very delicious. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and although each room is different, they are all uniformly comfortable. However, since the inn is nestled in the middle of a field, the view from the open-air bath attached to the room is pretty good.I like hot springs, so having an open-air bath in my room is important when looking for a place to stay, but the customer service and atmosphere of a hotel go beyond that.

It’s not the most expensive place out there but compared to others that are more expensive, more luxurious.. I found myself kept wanting to come back here. The service, ambience, food, presentation, cleanliness, hospitality and cat(s).. everything is top notch. That’s how good Hanaichi is.I stayed here first time in Sept. 2023, stayed 2nd time just last week and now already made reservation to stay here again in November)Tonoshimi :)

The room we stayed in was relatively compact for two people, but it was spacious and comfortable, with two large beds, a reception set, a massage chair, and a large open-air bath. The view was not great because of the roof of the room opposite, but Mt. Asama was clearly visible. Even though it was in the middle of town, I was able to look at the starry sky from my room window at night while leaning on the sofa, which was very relaxing. I think you can see a sky full of more stars in winter. It may have been a coincidence, but the two private open-air baths were empty whenever I went. The dining room was also a private room, so I almost never met other customers. What I particularly enjoyed was the delicious food that was beautifully presented. There was a wide variety of items and the volume was just right.

This time I went from Nagoya ♡The room, the food, and the tableware. The landlady's consideration for the amenities is also evident. For courteous hospitalityI was impressed ♡There are many Kanto numbers, so it is better for people in the Tokai area to go! That's what I thought!

The people at the hostel are kind. The room felt calm and the view of Mt. Asama from the room was beautiful. The semi-open-air bath in the room was also the perfect temperature. I think the meals were carefully prepared using local ingredients. I thought the timing of the drinks during the meal was a little slow, but other than that I was satisfied. I was healed by the cats.
