We stayed here at the beginning of February for Skiing. It was easy to find from the train station and not too far either. The room was very big, warm and comfortable. The onsen baths are the best. They were defiantly needed after skiing for the first time ever.We didn't have meals during our stay but there are more than enough places to eat in the area. I'm not sure they actually do meals anymore. They also have ski storage at the front door which would be perfect for people taking their own equipment. Inside the lobby they had heaters going for people to dry wet items. That was handy for our soggy gloves and hats. This place was perfect for us however it clearly needs some attention and various things replacing.

The location is a little far from the stationOverall it’s good, a good choice for CPBut the heating is not strong enough, and there is natural air conditioning seeping in at night.

This was our first time skiing, and we enjoyed a comfortable stay at Yuzawa Hotel during it. The room was huge, and we were left uninterrupted throughout - which suits us.The toilet bidet didn't work, and neither did the mirror light. Only small things, but enough to mark the stay down a bit.The baths were a highlight of this hotel, with a bookable private rotenburo bath it's perfect for soaking away the fatigue after a day of skiing.

The room is large and comfortable. There is a toilet🚽 but no separate shower🚿The soundproofing is not good and the children running and playing next door are very loud. There is no elevator, so try your luck to see if the guy at the counter can help move upstairs.🌿B1 men’s/women’s bathhouse can only accommodate 5 to 6 peopleThere is no separate bathroom, all baths are shared🚿🌿You need to register the time directly when checking in at the private soup (there is only one)But it’s really cold outdoors in winter🥶The hot springs aren’t hot enough♨️The hotel is located on a small slope, so you have to walk a short distance while pushing your luggage.Going up is the park and waterfall, which are beautifulNo breakfast included

1. The room is about 7-10 minutes away from the station. It is not easy to carry luggage if it snows. There is no elevator in the hotel, so if you are bringing elders or children, you should think twice~2. The Japanese-style rooms are quite satisfactory, but the hygiene is not very thorough. When we checked in, the towels used by the previous tenant were confiscated. There were also bug corpses in the room, and the staff dealt with them immediately after reporting the reports.3. At about 9:30 the next day (check out at 10), I was still packing my luggage in the room. The door was suddenly opened. I was shocked when I was alone in the room! I had already shouted when I heard the sound of unlocking. After the door opened, I started to work. The staff (male) spoke a bunch of Japanese, and I told him in English that I hadn't checked out at 10 o'clock yet!!! Then I asked if it would be okay to clean at 10 o'clock. Then he went to tidy up other rooms and then started knocking on the door, but there was no response. I didn't open the door until later. The whole thing felt terrible and dangerous!

I arrived late and only used the bath without meals. Above all, the parking lot was far away, so I thought it would be better to leave my luggage there, park, and walk back for more than 10 minutes. We were provided with a Japanese-style room with 8 tatami mats or more. Easy for 2 or more people. The private bath is open-air and made of old cypress wood, but it is dark and may not be clean enough. I felt safer and warmer at the regular bathhouse. This is an accommodation that requires consideration for transportation as it is set slightly back from the street.

When you're really exhausted, polite hospitality can be a nuisance. This level of dryness is just right.
