Located in the city center and near restaurants. There are restaurants around. Located near Nimman area and CMU. With the Chiang Mai Zoo, there are beautiful views of the city to see and you can also see Phra That Doi Suthep on the mountain. It's easy to find things to eat. Very good. I recommend it.

Hotel price 450 baht, good value for money. Our room is quite good and clean. Some things may be a little old with time. But the hotel has improved. The air conditioner is new, there is a kettle, and a very cold refrigerator. There is also a water heater.*The disadvantage is that the Wi-Fi is slow. After using it, it likes to fall off. It is recommended to have a personal internet connection.The room may not be very soundproof, but outside there isn't any noise.There's a lot of parking. There is both in front of the hotel and the basement. There is a washing machine and a dryer, and nearby there is a large laundry shop.The service is good. The employees speak well and are friendly and polite.Anyone looking for an inexpensive hotel in the Nimman area, convenient to travel, close to food, we highly recommend it. Very good, this hotel

The room itself is ok. It looks like it has been renovated. The bed is good. Cheap price in this area. Easy parking. Close to places to eat.But the hotel building and the nighttime atmosphere of the walkways in the building are haunting. If possible, I would like to add lights to make the walkway brighter. and change the walkway floor to tiles It will look more comfortable and modern. It would reduce the frightening darkness.Room keys are made from wood. It's a room number plate. It will be easier for customers to carry it.Employees are not available 24 hours. There was no one there at 4-5 p.m.There was only a security guard sitting in front of the hotel alone.

This is a scam and unethical hotel!I had reserved a deluxe room, but I was given a standard, budget room without my consent or any updates until I reached the room. They downgraded my room without any prior discussion, citing the reason that the deluxe room did not have WiFi and fully booked. I do not recall requesting a WiFi has to be downgrade, so that means a cheap room has a better service than a deluxe roomAnd the price does not match the description in the photos.Subsequently, I requested a deluxe room to inspect however what i found that it was identical to a standard double bed room, without selling the room photos as description despite being labelled as deluxe.The establishment provided no reimbursement, refund or apology for this discrepancy. Their response was simply to acknowledge the situation without taking any action, behaving in a deceitful manner.Despite having paid for a deluxe room, the customer service was even lacking.They believe that tourists are easily deceived. Just wait for the booking platform to contact you soon. Lets report this hotel and see how much they can take in the future before the accommodation provider closed their business.This is ridiculous, right.

The worst hotel in my life. The cleaning staffs threw my retainers to the garbage and they lost it. So i reported to the hotel manager and they said very very politely to me that they would take a responsibility by paying me for half price of a retainer. 2 months later, nothing transferred to my bank account. I tried to contact them on the LINE application but no response. I called them and they told me that donât contact them again because i donât have a proof. It sounds like theyâve planned it to be ended up like thisðĨ this is very bad service and poor manners. Also the hotel is very old and dirty. There are so many hotel in Chiangmai that have the similar prices and much better service, manner, responsibility, cleanliness, and better room in Nimmanhaeminda.

Classic design hotel Even though it's old, it's clean. Very good location in the heart of the city. Stay for several days. The housekeeper cleans. Bring items to replenish every day. Very good service, especially the security guard on the day shift. Pay attention to what customers say very nicely. Come use the service until you become a regular customer. Impressed, will come to support again and again ðð
