One of the repeat campgroundsLast used was on the last day of the 2022 season. This time I used it on July 27th.The only difference from last time is that the anti-mole plastic bottle is gone.Characteristics of Baragi Kogen Campsite- Cars are not allowed to enter (you can enter the unloading area, but transport by renting a trolley)・No shoes allowed in the toilet (need to change into slippers)・1,500 yen per adult per night-Temperature is around 30 degrees during the day and below 20 degrees at night・Depending on the location, it may be a little uneven.・Temperature at which water can cool watermelons and drinksIt’s been 6 years since my last postThe toilets have changed from Japanese to Western style, and hot water has appeared in the kitchen.I hope more campers appreciate the improved facilities and don't leave their mark behind.

It's a comfortable place because it's reasonably priced, easy to use, and facing the lake!I will be moving my luggage using a trailer, but I wonder if it would be easier if the road was a little flatter? This is my favorite campsite!

This is just my personal opinion, but it's a very nice environment.I was able to go camping.Although there is no high standard/luxury equipment, the basic equipment is solid,Moreover, we are grateful for reasonable pricing in this day and age.Maybe it was because it was a weekday, but I walked in without a reservation.Thank you for letting me use your solo. This is a campsite that I would like to use again.

It's a campsite along the lake, but there isn't as much space along the lake as I expected, with a maximum of 4 to 5 campers. (If you are not particular about the lakeside area, you can of course set it higher, but there is a slight slope.)I used it during Golden Week in 2023, but the temperature was below zero in the morning due to the high altitude.Convenient base for visiting Kusatsu and Manza Onsen.Attractive low prices.

We used it as a base camp for mountain climbing for two nights in early November. It was helpful to have hot water in the sink.

Recommended for those who like so-called "free site" camping where you cannot park your car next to it.However, with the recent camping boom, the ropes are so tight during holidays that you can't even hit the pegs, so I think it's best to stay near a circuit where you can have your own access to toilets, etc. Please be aware that the neighboring campagna generates all sorts of noise.*Personally, I find the beeping sound of the automatic sliding door very unpleasant at night. The lakeside is covered in dew from the morning mist. Never point the opening toward the lake.If you take these into consideration, I think you can naturally find the best position. There are few parking spaces.I don't think there's any reason to complain if you just kick it and throw it away if it's occupied by colored corn. (I saw that moment)I've been working with you for about 10 years, but when it snowed during Golden Week, it was really tough. (I think it's 2022)As a side note, large trucks transporting cabbage pass by around 4:00 a.m. on the adjacent road, and I was moved to see them climbing at slow speeds, caring for the campers, even though they should have been revving their engines on the slope. I once again confirmed that Japanese people are considerate of others. (It was a shipping company in Saitama called Miyoshi Line)On the other hand, camping is all about ego, but this kind of consideration for others is something I want to cherish.
