I always give honest reviews. Sometimes I give a 1 star, but this inn was really wonderful. I visited to celebrate my mother's birthday, and it was a wonderful memory. thank you very much.First of all, I had a cold when I arrived, and had a slight fever of about 37 degrees and 2 minutes. I didn't have any symptoms that would correspond to the coronavirus, so I didn't bother to visit, but the staff at the inn rushed to the hotel as soon as I arrived by car, helped me carry my luggage, and even though I didn't ask for anything, they gave me a cold meal. They brought water and towels to put on my head. Thanks to all of you, I had a hard time falling asleep at the hotel the night before, but I was able to sleep soundly with two futons on top of each other, and my physical condition improved. The staff who served us dinner were also very kind, smiling, and attentive, and we were able to spend a special time with the whole family. The rice was also very delicious as it was a kaiseki meal that took advantage of the seasonal flavors of the ingredients. The overall atmosphere of the inn has been carefully calculated based on the Japanese theme, and the courtyard that can be seen from the window and the long green path leading to the entrance have a very atmospheric atmosphere, and you can feel the attention to detail of the person who designed the inn. I did. Also, the toilet seemed to have been renovated as appropriate and was hygienic. At night, I saw fireflies at the firefly festival nearby. The ephemeral glow of the fireflies was so beautiful that my family was fascinated by it.Thank you very much for providing us with a place where we can make wonderful memories. We hope to visit you again!

I love this ryokan. There are many ryokans in Iwamuro onsen and I have stayed at most of them. But this is the best. The rooms are clean and their food is excellent. The bath is very nice. They have a bird watching room near the public bath. It is so quiet and relaxing here. Just don’t mind the poor English on their website. lol.

I've visited several times. It is one of the few orthodox high-quality Japanese inns these days. The location is very quiet so there is no noise at all. …

The quality of the hot spring water is very wonderful. However, several bath towels were left in a pile on the floor of the men's changing room.Drinks were placed in the resting area after bathing, but there was a sign asking you to refill the coffee if you ran out of water. If you're in a cheap hotel, but if you're in a luxury hotel, you should probably go around and replenish the water.Slippers are not provided. The tatami area is nice, but the Sanwa clay from the door to the small raised area is made of stone, so the soles of my feet felt uncomfortable, so I spoke to the person in charge and they brought it over. The top and bottom of my loungewear were different sizes, so I called them and had them bring it to me.The person in charge of the meal was a very nice young man, and I had a pleasant meal. However, even though one person had informed me that the raw food was not available, the small sushi toppings were topped with some sort of fish roe pickled in soy sauce. I couldn't eat it because it was raw, and the grilled Murakami beef was different even though I had asked for it to be well-done. When I was trying to get my companion to eat it, the woman in charge noticed and came back to replace it.It's an expensive accommodation, but I thought it would be a good idea to look at accommodations elsewhere and learn more.

It was a nice stay. There was a plan that allowed elementary school students to stay in the detached accommodation, so we stayed as a family of four generations. My elderly mother was able to relax, and the elementary school students were happy in the room and bath. I'm glad I was able to stay at an inn that would normally be difficult to enter.

Hanareya is a place where satisfaction increases with lodging, delicious food, and friendly staff. The garden was beautifully decorated. Please note that it is inconvenient to go to the restaurant or large public bath in the outbuilding because the movement line is long.
