When I went there on the weekend, I was able to park my car, but there were only about 3 rooms available starting at 9,200 yen, so I went in and it was spacious and didn't have much to offer other than a massage chair.

I stayed here recently, but the dust was not wiped off properly.The cleaning was poor.I want them to think about cleaning more thoroughly. Afterwards, the young woman at the front desk did not respond well.It would be better to retrain the cleaning and front desk staff once again! ️The food is expensive even if you go there because prices are high.The female front desk customer during the day✨The response was terrible⁉️I don't understand what you're saying😭💦💦I want proper guidance!! ️

Couples often use it because it's beautiful, but it's probably best not to use it during the year-end and New Year holidays, Christmas, and Golden Week. I looked online and stayed there on Christmas Eve, but all I read was that it might be special. I stayed there knowing that the price would be expensive. However, when I checked later, the check-out time was not written (it says 12 o'clock on Sundays and holidays), and I thought I would stay until 12 o'clock, but at around 11:30, I finally got a call at the room. Since it has been extended, we will charge an extension fee. When I looked at the internet and the information board in the room, there was no mention of this, so I checked and was told that it was written on the room selection panel at check-in. Do I have to take a picture of each panel and check the check-out time? I think it would have been better if it had been written on the information board in the room. I paid the price, but if it's a special price, I think it should be clearly stated in detail.Please thoroughly clean the dust in the back room.

The rooms are clean and the service is good, so I've used it several times, but this time was the worst. I used it for an overnight stay, and when I ordered food, I was told that it would take about 2 hours because they were cleaning up the kitchen.I waited for 2 hours, but in the end all the food arrived after I ordered. This was about 4 hours after. The food arrived cold, and the staff who answered the phone seemed to have a very lazy customer service attitude. It was my boyfriend's birthday, so I took the plunge and spent about 20,000 yen on the room and meals, but I was disappointed in the service and food. I'm sure it's hard for the staff, but it's their job, so I hope they can answer the phone properly. It's really a shame because the rooms are very clean and the service such as equipment is good, but if the staff's customer service attitude doesn't change, I don't think I'll go there anymore.

I stayed here during my trip to Noto!First of all, the welcome drinks include two draft beers and two cakes. After joining the room, you can become a member for 200 yen and get two draft beers with snacks.Breakfast is free for two people, including toast, udon, and curry! I was able to stay in a room with a 65-inch TV for less than 7,000 yen. The room was clean and I was very satisfied. Thank you very much m(_ _)mI definitely want to stay here when traveling to Hokuriku.

The room was clean even after renovation.It was comfortable, but some of the front desk staff were so bad that it ruined my mood.I think that young woman's response is seriously the worst.If that wasn't the case, I think I could give it a 4 star.Also, the rooms tend to fill up easily and there are almost no empty rooms.

Talk about 2 years ago! It was quite old inside, the cup was dirty, and a cleaning rag was left in the room. The bath towels and towels in this hotel are old and worn out.Now (2022) the name of the hotel has changed! Has the management changed as well? There's something about names changing all the time! Psychic or something! ?

This was my first time staying at a hotel with an open-air bath.😊Each parking space had an entrance to the front desk, so it felt like I couldn't see anyone from the outside🎵Perhaps it was renovated or renovated, the interior was clean, and the bath and bed were nice. I enjoyed it♨️
