The bathtub is limited to 2 people. There are rental bicycles and it is easy to go to the supermarket. The people at the front desk oozed out their kindness. It's a good value for money accommodation.

I used it with my family on the way back from Ibaride. We stayed in a 2LDK room for a family of four. As I knew, the room was extremely large (Room 300 on the building map. Only one room was obviously large). It looks like a normal room in an apartment. There are two bedrooms so you can relax and enjoy your stay. The building is old and dated, but it was well-cleaned.The bath smelled a bit. All the employees were kind and spoke to the children kindly, which made me feel warm. The food was also delicious. We regret to inform you that dinner will no longer be provided at the end of November 2022. Apparently they will continue to serve breakfast.

No washlet. Separate air conditioner. No place to put your bag. The way the key is locked is special. Free washing machine. There is a wired connection, and you can use Wi-Fi at the hotel. The kettle is a little big. There is a public bath, but only for men.

I use it when I need to stay overnight in a hurry.There is a convenience store about 6 minutes walk away.It seems to be frequently used by long-term residents.The old man who works at the reception desk is very friendly and willing to help if you have any problems.The baths in each room are of a reasonable size, but there is a communal bath on the 2nd floor.

I use the Japanese-style room (single) for overnight stays about twice a year.The bath and toilet are shared, but there were no other guests in the next room so I was allowed to use them by myself.The room is small, but it is sufficient.Wi-Fi connection is also good.The staff at the front desk are also very nice, and I would definitely use them again when I visit Ibaraki in the future.

It was a Japanese-style room, but it wasn't very clean and the futon was made of rice crackers. TV is cheap and you can't relax. Think of it as a place to escape the rain and dew.
