I'm a repeater.I am satisfied no matter how many times I stay here. This was my first time using the public bath since it was renovated, and it was great that I could use it empty-handed. The temperature was just right and it felt good. Why not sell the utensils used in your room or dining room? There were some items I wanted. I think it will also be a souvenir of the trip. I'll go again.

It was a very relaxing place in the great nature of Aso. In particular, the observation space on the third floor was very well-equipped, and I was able to sit in the comfortable chairs and forget about the time. 😊The quality of the hot spring water in the open-air bath attached to the room was a little different from the public bath, and the one in the room was thicker. In the large public bath for women, there were many different types of shampoo available, so it was fun to choose, and there were a variety of the latest hair dryers, which I thought was an interesting experiment. There wasn't one for men, so I'm looking forward to it for women. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was also very good. However, the room had a humid smell and felt somewhat uncomfortable, so I thought that was the only regret.

Stay in a room with an open-air bath. There are chairs, showers, shampoo, conditioner, etc. in the open-air bath outside. The bath water is of the type that comes out for several minutes by pressing a button. It is available 24 hours a day, but the sound of the hot water coming out is quite loud, so it seems like it would disturb the rooms on either side, and I woke up in the middle of the night, so it would be difficult to take a bath. You can easily hear the noises and voices of guests in the rooms on the left and right who are out on the terrace if they are on the same terrace.Even in the room, if there is no sound, you can hear the conversation at a normal volume when the guest next door checks in.The view from the bath is good, and if you're concerned about being seen while taking a bath, you can cover your eyes from above so you don't have to worry about being seen. However, this is the type of accommodation that requires some care.I think it's worth the price. There is a separate shower room at the entrance of the room, and if you wash your body there first and then move to the open-air bath, you will have to cross the room, so it would be better to wash your body outside. The meal was served at the venue, but it was very peaceful as there were many guests staying at the hotel. All the staff at the dining venue were very experienced and made the meal enjoyable. The only place I had to wait was at the front desk.

The way there took some searching, with the Japanese signs it was not immediately clear whether we were in front of the right hotel. But inside we were warmly welcomed and felt very welcome. Especially our personal host Isao helped us perfectly. The onsen was really beautiful, very new and modern with different baths and sauna.

I came to Aso, which I had always wanted to come to, and happened to find this hotel and stayed there this time.In one word, it's the best accommodation.Unfortunately it was cloudy this time, but on the last day we could see the panoramic view of Aso and it was a wonderful view. Also the food is really really delicious. I have stayed at many different hotels, but the food here was so delicious that I was impressed. I was especially impressed by the taste of the soup stock. The amenities were plentiful and the hot springs were of good quality, the temperature was pleasant and I felt very comfortable. The room seemed to have been renovated and we had a comfortable stay. This time I went out early in the morning and my shoes were dirty from the rain, but I was surprised to find them shiny when I checked out. I was overwhelmed by the hospitality of the staff. It was the best accommodation with a perfect score of 100, where I was able to soothe my daily fatigue.I would like to come again if I visit Aso again. thank you very much.

I used it for the first time on a family trip during summer vacation. As soon as we arrived, the staff met us at the parking lot and carried our luggage to our room. Located in a wonderful location with a view of the five mountains of Aso. There is a free rest space on the third floor of the facility, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Aso Gogaku while lying on a reclining chair. The weather was nice when I stayed, and I was able to see the majestic Aso. Although some parts of the building feel old, the large bath, guest rooms, and other areas have been renovated and are very clean. It was also very clean and comfortable. The staff at each location were kind and courteous. The dinner and breakfast dishes were eye-catching, voluminous, well-seasoned, and very satisfying and delicious. I was able to spend a relaxing time.
