I stayed here for one night for snowboarding. The receptionist kindly told me about nearby hot springs, which was very helpful. There are coin lockers, so you can safely leave your luggage there even after checking out. The rice is also delicious. I want to go again.

Stayed in mid-March 2023.I had always seen it right in front of the Karasawa parking lot, so I decided to stay there someday. I was originally planning to stay with two people, but I was able to change the stay to four people, and I am grateful that I was informed that travel assistance was available. The characteristics are・Credit cards and some electronic money (QUICPay, etc.) can be used.・In front of Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort Karasawa Slope, a few minutes walk. There is also a lift ticket office and you can access Nagasaka, where there is a gondola, just by riding one lift.- Parking lot for about 5 to 6 cars. The entrance is quite narrow, so if you're not confident in driving, you can stay at the Karasawa parking lot (apparently you can use it for free if you get a ticket inside the building).・There is a drying room and ski/snowboard storage area (can be locked with a wire) in the building.・Vending machines also sell beer.・The bathroom in the building is small. I stayed on the 3rd floor, and there were 2 washrooms and 1 bathtub, enough for 1 adult + 1 child.・Dinner is quite delicious. All the side dishes were so delicious that I wanted to order multiple bowls of rice.・The outdoor bath is about 5 minutes from Nakao no Yu. Others take about 10 minutes from there. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the city center.Overall, I think it's the best location and service if you're mainly using the ski resort. If you're mainly looking for hot springs outside of winter, you'll probably want to stay a little closer to the city center.

Since there were no guests the day before, I was allowed to use the room from the morning.The lift station is right in front of you.The ski storage area is right next to the entrance, making it easy to use without having to go up or down stairs. The drying room is conveniently located right next to it.The hallways and mirrors were polished to a shine.Personally, I was happy that there were both Japanese and Western toilets.The rice was a good amount and everything was delicious.The downside is that Oyu is a little far from the center of town.It might be just right for a leisurely stroll.This time I would definitely like to use it during the high season.
