B2 Chang Phueak Gate Premier Hotel

Accommodation near the famous Elephant Sukiyaki restaurant in Chiang Mai. We stayed for 3 people for 2 nights. The air conditioning was cool and comfortable. We brought our mother from another province. She liked it very much. Near many places to eat. There is parking under the building. Recommended. 10/10

The hotel is near Chang Phueak nightlife. Convenient for finding something to eat for dinner. Near the moat, easy to travel, little parking, spacious rooms. Moderate cleanliness At a cheap price, it is considered acceptable.

Convenient transportation, near Suan Dok Hospital. The rooms are clean but the towels are not good.

Terrible Service and Bad Facility and Safety!!!I booked the room for 2 nights and for the 1st night the electricity was shut down only the floor that I stayed. I was waiting for electric almost 1 hour so I decided to go down to talk to reception for asking when you can fix it as it's already 11.00 pm and I need to get up to work in morning (on business trip) so the reception told me they are fixing it which almost 1 hour. I ask reception that i want to talk with a manager since no one can tell me when it can be fixed if it takes too long I rather to move to new hotel. The issue is the manager doesn’t want to talk and told reception to tell me that they are fixing it. So in the end i can get phone number of manager and talked to him. He never starts conversations with apology until i tell him that if you can manage the situation smoothly by apologizing first it can reduce customer dissatisfaction and not try to avoid talking to customers who are waiting for electric almost 1 hour like this. So in my conclusion if you want to stay in the hotel that you don't know when electricity will shut down and don't know how long it's going to fix it with no answer and avoiding manner of manager, I would recommend you to stay !!! It's terrible. Before I can get into many matters, I have to have a security deposit of 500 and have to pay cash....but the room fee must be transferred.Completely confused...sleeping for two people, two using ID cards, must also tell the car's license plate...but when entering the room, more confused than the floor of the room was dusty...the bath towels and towels are not different colors at all...,,, stayed in Chiang Mai. Many nights in many hotels but just found this place.Check out. What are you waiting for? I'm willing to spend 750 for free. It's not much, but it's a waste of money.

The hotel is beautiful, but it's very noisy. I don't know what to do or the room above is loud but there's noise almost all the time. The room is a bit cramped but it's not bad. The hotel is probably many years old. Inside the room there are traces of black civilization on the walls.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms, convenient travel, close to places to eat, 7-11, Lotus Fresh, Chang Phueak Market.

The service staff's attitude is very bad

Despite the very good price and prime location of the hotel, there's nothing special or impressive for this hotel. The electric kettle is really dirty, had to ask for the replacement.
