When it's full, there are no seats at breakfast. Wait or go to the counter. And at exactly 10:00 a.m. the curtain closes on the buffet. And without notice staff not the best.

The location of the hotel is very good, it is only 3 minutes to Wilhelmshöhe train station.Breakfast buffet is very good, but the service seems completely overwhelmed.The carpet in our room was pretty dirty.But the hotel is recommended for a short trip to Kassel.

I haven't experienced such friendly staff in a long time. And we stayed in a few hotels. When you come in you are warmly welcomed. Check-in is so uncomplicated that it seems unbelievable. The rooms are simply clean.And then the food. A treat for the palate. Had a bacon cheddar burger on the first evening. Just wow. Today dessert chocolate fodant and vanilla cheesecake. The combinations are simply wonderful. The breakfast has a choice for everyone.Yes, there are corinder poopers who mention something here because of an old carpet, their rooms or a small chest of drawers, but honestly people: it's not a 6 star hotel where they pull their slippers over your feet as soon as you come in. The rooms are perfect the way they are and most importantly: clean room, friendly staff and great food!!! And this hotel has that. Anytime again and again!!!!

Staff is friendly and the rooms are adequate. But having to open the doors with your cell phone is an imposition. You often stand in front of the door to your room and try to open the door for a minute - it's just annoying.Tip for drivers of electric vehicles: You can park for free on the street in front of the hotel from evening to morning.

The lobby still makes a pretty good impression, but the hallways are already in a terrible state and no longer look good. Old rooms, borderline cleanliness, stains on the sheets, kettle not available upon request. Breakfast was ok.
