We've eaten there many times and have always been very satisfied. The food always tastes good, but today my meat was cold. I let them know and the waiter came straight away and offered to replace it (it was clear to me that I would eat it because it was too good to eat). to throw it away) I told the waiter that I was eating it and he then told us that the drinks were on the house, which I thought was very nice, so super satisfied and we always like to come back. The staff are very friendlyKudos to the entire staff, keep it up

Have stayed and eaten here more than a dozen times. Hotel = good value for money, clean, relatively quiet location. The hotel in the “annex” is newer and the amenities are definitely at least standard. So nothing to complain about for the price.The breakfast included in the overnight stay (which is served in the inn right next door) is very good and plentiful. The breakfast alone definitely deserves five stars and you can stay there for an hour and enjoy it.Now to the restaurant (same location where breakfast is served). The food there is simply great. Good price/performance ratio. So: an overnight stay and/or going out to eat here is highly recommended. They are all very polite and attentive. The location only gets 4 stars. There is nothing there. It's in a quiet location and it takes about 10 minutes to get to Kassel city center (not during rush hour).

Was in Kassel Lohfelden for a week for training purposes. Even the journey was great. I arrived on Sunday around 10 p.m. The key and directions are deposited as communicated over the phone. The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good and sufficient. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. The service at breakfast was very attentive and friendly. Thanks to the two ladies.

We had lunch in the restaurant after the school introduction. Everything was right here. The service was super friendly with the children and the dog. Nothing was missing. The meals were excellent. This restaurant is fully recommended. Thank you very much and keep it up!!!!

A few weeks ago I called the post office at the hotel to get some information. Unfortunately, I discovered that the receptionist, a woman Käufner or something similar, wasn't particularly friendly on the phone. Her tone was rather cold and unhelpful, which I found disappointing. Such behavior does not correspond to the service one would expect in a hotel of this category. I hope that this was an exception and that more emphasis will be placed on friendly and courteous interaction in the future.The one star for the main rating refers to the unfriendly handling on the phone, otherwise the hotel can definitely be recommended.

Very nice reception that also saves you a grill that you forgot when reloading. Thank you for that. Rooms are large and clean, breakfast is great, very varied and tasty. Maybe when you look at the scrambled eggs there were a lot of bowls in it. Otherwise everything was great again.

We stayed here last night in a double room. It was very quiet and also clean.The breakfast was tasty and sufficient.We were accommodated in the guest house.The price-performance ratio was well balanced.I can only recommend the Hotel Post.

Very nice hotel, staff very nice and friendly and very attentive. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a large selection. The room was clean and very quiet, the shower and toilet were all very clean, there was a nice big bed with the covers and everything was very clean. All in all, I was more than satisfied with the weekend at the hotel. thumbs up

I was allowed to spend 3 nights here (business)Positive:- Bus stop directly in front of the house without changing from the main station. Arrival possible!!!- Service, always nice staff.- I always slept well - it was quiet!- Room was clean- Breakfast and dinner were completely sufficient and very good!!!

We were able to stay in the beautiful hotel for 2 nights. Despite being in a big, foreign city, you felt so comfortable in your room.The service was top, the employees and operators of the hotel were all very friendly.A small refrigerator in the room would be good, luckily the weather was “refrigerator cold” during our stay.
