Rooms are not as described on the website. Migrant Workers Hotel. There is a small kitchen but there are no plates or pots, I'm still looking for the coffee machine or the kettle. It's loud at night because the guests don't show any consideration for others and there's a stinky smell in the hallways from the rooms. Too expensive for what it is.

My room was extremely shabby and smelled very strongly of urine from the shower drain. Overall, the bathroom was only superficially cleaned. The room itself was furnished with very old furniture, had brown carpeting and was generally shabby. There is no breakfast in the hotel, you can buy a voucher for breakfast in the bakery opposite. This is inconvenient, although the baked goods there are very tasty. The rooms are only cleaned on request.I only met the staff briefly at the reception. The two employees there were very friendly.

We booked this hotel including breakfast, which upon our arrival was denied to us without providing any explanation and forcing us to consume it outside the hotel in the morning. But the DRAMA occurred on the first day of our stay, when, despite having expressly requested a change of linen, upon our return in the afternoon we found the room dirty and without the towels being changed. After our complaints, we had to wait 1 hour so that the cleaning lady could carry out her work. The following day we again reiterated the request for linen change, and instead upon our return, as if nothing had happened, there was a total failure to comply, the room was dirty and in total abandonment; following our vigorous protests, we were told that the lady in charge was off sick, a truly unjustifiable excuse. In this context of lack of professionalism, we were very struck by the lack of tact, they seemed annoyed by our complaints and no one tried to alleviate the discomfort by apologizing. Really a big disappointment.

Terrible experienceIntroduction: we arrived and during check in we were informed that the booking plan we had chosen was not available. We had planned bed and breakfast for the duration of our stay. But we were told it wasn't possible to do it in the hotel and that we would have to go out to find a bar. We obviously paid less than expected, but in my opinion it wasn't very correct to let us know only upon our request, at the time of check in. We had also chosen the hotel for the possibility of having breakfast. The room was of average size, but with slightly outdated furniture and NO AIR CONDITIONING. There was a small fan, but not enough. The real problem was the cleanliness of the room. We knew we had to contact the staff every morning to request it, but it wasn't always done. The first time we were told that the cleaner had forgotten, but we had to wait an hour before she came to clean. After a couple of days, the room was again not cleaned, despite the request. According to a receptionist the waitress was ill and would return the following day. In the whole hotel, is there only one cleaner? Beyond that, there were stains on the carpet, stains on the sheets (already upon our arrival) and the bathroom radiator completely full of dust. The most serious thing was the rudeness of the staff. When we complained about the cleanliness, they never tried to understand, much less apologize (except for one kind girl, who we only saw once). The gentleman who was almost always present at the reception, raised his tone and was very arrogant. The following days, although we always greeted the staff, almost everyone avoided answering us and pretended we weren't there. In Italy we always say one thing: "the customer is always right". We must try to meet the customer and perhaps find compromises. The only positive thing was the location of the hotel.

Hotel to forget, I was there at the weekend with my family and friends, we had booked two separate rooms, one with the kitchen and the other without, both horrible and smelly, not talking about the one we had taken with the kitchen to have the convenience of being able to wash and sterilize my youngest son's bottles, finding a pot dirty with grease, with a broken cap and no potholder available to be able to open it without burning you, cobwebs complete with a spider on the front door , carpet stained with we don't know what and smelly, the cot where my son was supposed to sleep was all broken, and without air conditioning, imagine the whole night with two children, we couldn't rest at all, garage with a shocking smell of rubbish which between the other made us pay €18.00 more, asking to be able to pay it immediately to the reception staff, telling us that we could do it directly at the end of the stay, instead returning in the evening after a walk in the city, at the ring of the bell to let us to open they didn't even want to open the gate for us because we had to pay for it immediately and the night staff said that what the colleague had told us before was wrong, therefore not right, making my husband and our friends angry. Terrible experience, I don't recommend it at all, in fact not at all, both for the service, for the hygiene, and for everything else. Unfortunately I can't attach any photos, but I would have done it without problems.
