Pension? Better to sleep outside on the street.1. There is a lack of cleanliness, everything is dirty.2. Security is poor, sockets are broken or hanging loose from the wall.3. Everything doesn't work! The pictures are not realistic, a renovation is recommended.Do you live in the 40s?The floor is broken, despite my warnings. Never again!!!

Preferably no star at all. The hotel is the worst I have ever experienced. Endless mold. Lights don't work. Doors are scratched or even loose. Wardrobe falls apart when used. After asking where the rooms shown in the pictures were, the only answer was that they were more than 8 years old and nothing had been done since then. We went home the same day because these rooms are definitely a threat to people's health.

When I was there, I wanted to take a look at the room, but the employee said that the room was good and clean. The room was full of dust and there was hair on the bed linen. The part of the toilet sink was broken and was simply put on top. In other words, I had to press the button myself. It was very loud at night and woke me up several times. The only good thing was that it was close to the main station. Actually, the star is too much. If you have the money, you definitely shouldn't save money on something like this.

Good morningI just saw the photo of the emergency ladder on the side of the hotel and I hope it is functional. We are residents of Canada. My 2 boys, 22 and 20, and I stayed at this hotel for a very short time. Here is our travel experience at this hotel :-(We were on the 2nd floor of the Alpha pension. My boys shared the same room and my room was right next to theirs. Ordinary rooms, each with a basic bathroom of questionable cleanliness. On the morning of Sunday February 27, 2022 at 6 a.m. we heard a woman screaming outside followed by two loud explosions. The smoke detector alarm warned that there was a fire. The fire was on the ground floor behind the hotel, two floors below our rooms. When we came out of our rooms, the stairs were already filled with smoke. I then noticed a door at the end of the corridor that led outside. We went out onto the balcony, it was still dark and visibility was limited. I felt around to see if there was anything that would allow us to go down. I touched something metal. I thought of a staircase, but when I wanted to put my foot on it I saw that there were no steps. I then told my boys there is nothing. My oldest boy then told us that he saw a roof and that he was going to drop into it. I told him to wait for you, but he was already there. It was a simple warped plastic roof that collapsed under his weight. I then heard him scream in pain. My youngest boy felt the metal and he felt a double ladder, we could see a little more. He tried to get her down without success, she went all the way to the first floor. He decided to use it anyway. He jumped from the 1st to the ground, about 8 feet high, to help his brother. I went down the ladder to the first one. I could see the flames coming out from behind the building. After bringing his brother to the front of the hotel, he came to help me. He stacked large plastic bins, recycling style, so I could get down to the ground. I still fell on the asphalt from a height of about 4 feet. When I got up, there was some sort of garage door closing between the backyard and the street. My boy and two other people were holding her back so I could pass.My oldest boy was taken to University Hospital. A diagnosis was given a few hours later. A major fracture to the right foot, micro fractures to the left foot, a fractured rib, a micro fractured vertebra and hip, a dislocated shoulder and a head injury. He had to be hospitalized for almost 3 weeks and have an operation on his right foot, the heel of which was in pieces. There are now 26 screws replacing the heel.If the emergency ladder would have been functional would all this have happened???Would you recommend this place...no!

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in! Extreme smell of smoke in the rooms, heavy mold growth, bugs or insects crawling around in droves in the bed. Shower is not properly attached to the wall. The floor is very sticky and can therefore only be walked on with shoes. Walls dirty. No real curtains, so the room is always bright. The sink is cracked, the toilet seat is yellow, you don't dare go to the toilet here. This is rather a bad youth hostel, under no circumstances should you accept the building at the back.Never again Pension Alpha! Don't go there.

Met my expectations. As described, the shower was moldy, there was a big hole in the floor and it was very sticky. Our room smelled funny. The bed of our friends who slept in the house in the backyard was infested with beetles. Unfavorable location, many homeless people in front of the door. Never again!

DON'T GO THERE!!! ROOM DIRTY, HAD 2 rooms. JUST DISGUSTING AND DIRTY. Completely different pictures on the internet. You will be taken through the entrance to the back and you will be assigned rooms in a neighboring building where the rooms are abnormally dirty and simply not maintained. You can't even let animals sleep there. Not even worth 1 star!!!!!
