I had booked an overnight stay at the B&B Hotel in Bad Hersfeld. The hotel is relatively centrally located in the immediate vicinity of the city center and about a ten-minute walk from the main station.The hotel is still new and visually in good condition. The room facilities are okay, just what you can expect for the price.What really bothered me was the ventilation in the bathroom, as it is relatively loud during operation. The ventilation is linked to the light and turns on immediately after the light switch is pressed. Unfortunately, the ventilation runs for an extremely long time, so it's best to go to the toilet in the dark at night, otherwise it runs for too long.I can't recommend breakfast; you should go to the local bakery instead. You get significantly more of it for less money.

Everything worked out wonderfully. Online check-in, reservations are all digital, no paperwork, great for the climate. I didn't use the app, everything was done via email and SMS.

The house is located right at the entrance to the pedestrian zone and is in very good condition. It's positive that bed linen made from fairly traded and organically grown cotton is used. As usual, good breakfast, very clean breakfast room.The only drawback: the underground car park costs 10 euros extra.

Overall a great B+B. Good location in terms of accessibility from the train station. However, the location is bad in terms of noise, right on the main road. Anyone who likes to sleep with the window open is definitely a winner here. Too bad...

Very nice hotel. Everything worked fine. Unfortunately, the promised Sky programs were not shown. The breakfast was very good. Everything your heart desires. Highly recommended. The location is also very central and there is a nice underground car park.

I stayed at the B&B Bad Hersfeld for three nights as part of a business event (part-time master's degree).NEGATIVE:- The double rooms are very small, the facilities and furniture are simple and spartan. I had the feeling that the guest was a fully optimized return object in this hotel...- I, but also other colleagues of mine, had an odor problem in the bathrooms; it smelled like sewage when entering the bathroom- From 10 p.m. the reception is no longer staffed- In advance I wanted to call the hotel because of an error in the reservation. Due to a total failure of the telephone system, the hotel was unreachable by telephone for one day (this is in 2024!)- I found the breakfast to be quite spartan, there were no fried eggs or sausages or anything like that you would find in other hotels...- Unfortunately the television had very poor reception and kept breaking downPOSITIVE:- good location, right in the center- the staff was friendly and tried their best- the room was cleaned every day and was clean and tidyCONCLUSION:Unless I absolutely have to, I won't stay here again...In my opinion the price-performance ratio is not right!

I didn't book the room spontaneously until 7:30 p.m. Everything went smoothly, including the late check-in at 11:30 p.m.Breakfast was good, nothing to complain about!

Really a great B&B as you are used to. Breakfast great selection, rooms very clean and above all the staff was super friendly.Apart from the slightly low water pressure in the shower and the noisy environment at night, I have nothing to complain about. I can only recommend it!

The worst experience. I call the guy for help and he tells me it’s my problem. There was storm on the way and I got here after 10 pm and the entire place is closed. I’m here with two kids and The machine doesn’t work and there is not a single person working here. Called there number and the guy refuses to help me and keep telling me it’s my problem. Shame on you with this kind of customer service.

Very nice hotel. Centrally located, about 2 minutes walk from the city center. Rooms modernly furnished. Parking by car is possible in the hotel parking lot but this must be paid for separately. 24h 10€.

Everything's fine! If available, reception will also be happy to book a room facing the back. It's a little quieter there.
