Nice city center hotel with modern rooms and good beds. The reception is a bit intimidating because when you come to the first floor you see kitschy, bad design. The interior of the hotel is modern. For the difficult parking situation, there are enough parking spaces in the inner courtyard for €17.

Positive: Hotel is within walking distance from the train station in 10 minutes. The room was renovated and clean, as were the hallways and stairwell.Negative: Access to the hotel is a bit awkward via the back yard and a breakfast room the size of a school canteen is carelessly furnished. The breakfast itself was also just 08/15.Overall the hotel is functional, but has no real charm!

City hotel, rooms functional and clean, windows very dirty, no shower mat in the bathroom, no toothbrush cups. Reception very slow.Breakfast room under the roof, canteen level but delicious meatballs.

**My experience with the Trip Inn Hotel – Never again!**I have been a guest at the Trip Inn Hotel many times, but after my recent experiences I will definitely not be returning. It happened again and again that employees came into the room unannounced while I was still sleeping - an absolute outrage and violation of my privacy.About my last stay: I originally booked two nights for 71 euros per night. When I wanted to extend it, I was told that nothing could be changed about the price and that I would have to pay 133 euros per night for the extension - an incredible price increase and absolutely unacceptable! No goodwill, no accommodation, even though I'm a regular guest.Additionally, there was no hot water for two days! When I complained, I was only offered 5% of my money back as compensation - that was a measly 8.33 euros. This is really laughable considering the inconvenience I had to endure.I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Unprofessional service, excessive prices and no customer focus. It's better to go straight to the B&B Hotel or to the Prime in Giessen - at least there you get what you pay for. This was definitely the last time for me at the Trip Inn! Hands off!

A very short-term on-site booking this time. The receptionist was very friendly. The location is super central and you can easily walk into town. It's pretty quiet at night. The room is warm too but the fan still works.Unfortunately the shower was a bit blocked ;(

Getting there is a bit inconvenient due to the limitation, but the hotel can't do anything about that.Room was clean, tidy and very comfortable. The lady at reception was very friendly and accommodating. The pillow selection could be improved. The breakfast takes a little getting used to with grilled vegetables but is sufficient. You should urgently do something about the coffee selection, a gastro machine with different types of coffee would be really great

Lovely large, bright, nice and clean room. Friendliest staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Delicious food. Centrally located. Good cheap parking in the hotel area. Can only be recommended.

The room was surprisingly large, I felt comfortable there. What was a bit disturbing was looking for the entrance, it wasn't through the front of the restaurant because it was closed, the entrance was through the creepy underground car park, or at the back via the stairs. Not so well solved.Breakfast was so-so. I've often had it much better, but sometimes I've had it worse.Walking distance to the train station and the city center. All in all, it worked out well for me.
