I would love to come back.Nice reception. Very good location and connection to tram and subway.Windows well insulated, you can't hear the street noise. Good air conditioning, room warmed up quickly. Mattresses are very good. Bathroom sink designed somewhat poorly. Rooms clean and tidy.The range of radio stations is a bit poor, no Hessian stations and this is in Frankfurt.Breakfast at B&B City is, well, rather meager. Table cleaning after eating depends on the day.Conclusion: Very good price-performance ratio.

Good hotel in a central location at an extremely reasonable price. Check-in also outside of the arrival time was possible without any problems. The room was clean and functional, exactly how you would like it.

I had a voucher for breakfast until October 17, 2024, I had to redeem this voucher on October 13-14-15, 2024, but because of their own digital system problem on the website I couldn't redeem it, I reported this to customer service. They asked some questions until October 17th, 2024, and then customer service said the voucher was valid until October 17th, 2024. They are really very funny.

We had a very bad experienced in B&B Hotel.The last day of checkout around 8.15 am, one of the room cleaner knocked the door so loud, and she was opened the door and looked us and asked at what time will you move? It was annoyed and we were socked, Truly it was strange and in-secured we never faced none of the hotel this kind of undisciplined behaviour.

Ladies and GentlemenI have a voucher for breakfast until October 17th, 2024, I would like to make a new booking for 2 days December 5th-7th, 2024. But code is not accepted. It says on your website like this: 'Loyalty program (257) The voucher is invalid or expired. Try another one.', Most of the time you write back late. Please do not invalidate my voucher, I would like to use it.I wanted to attach 2 screenshots but your website didn't allow that, I have all pdf, jpg, jpeg, png. Tried formats but it didn't work.I also experienced this in your hotel before, when I tried to do a quick check-in in front of the reception, your machine asked for payment again, even though I had paid all the fees. Room was clean, bathroom had shower gel, towels and hairdryer and was clean. Not a huge room but everything you need is there. Also mug, TV, full-length mirror, wardrobe. The only suggestion for improvement: there is no socket in the immediate vicinity of the bed, but that's not a problem

I can only report positively about the hotel. All the employees were very nice and provided qualified information. The room also had everything you needed. The parking situation was a bit chaotic, but everything was sorted out quickly.

We stayed two night at his hotel. The room was a fine size, clean and with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom had everything needed and the shower was great.
The staff was friendly and helpful.

I stayed here for two nights last week. A nice room and also a cheap parking space were available. BUT: What unfortunately really overshadowed our stay was that a service person gained access to our room, even though there was a sign outside that said no cleaning should be done. Apart from the fact that our laundry was on the floor in the bathroom and this is a massive violation of boundaries, a little change and a more expensive iPhone fast charging cable were also stolen from us. We were told that we would be contacted about this, but so far there has been no report.ADDENDUM: Over a month ago it was said again that we would be contacted. But none.

I have always been very satisfied with B&B hotels. They are nice and simply furnished and clean. The staff at reception were super helpful and nice! 😊Unfortunately I had no luck with the room this time (room 608). In the bathroom, the sink and toilet seat were already yellow. Tiles were dirty. Unfortunately, the ceiling and joints in the shower were all moldy. Yes, even the shower gel holder was moldy.All the prints were visible on the desserts and tables. Luckily I had my cleaning supplies with *grin*. Unfortunately that wouldn't have helped with the bathroom.As a member, I wouldn't have expected something like this.
