Nice hotel on the outskirts of Frankfurt. We were greeted by friendly staff but we had to wait until 3:30pm for our room to be ready. The room was very large and clean. The breakfast was very good. We had dinner in the bar. It was very good. Parking space is available.

The hotel is in good condition for its age. The employees at the reception are very nice and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy. We have one suggestion: it would be helpful if there was an information folder in the room stating whether the coffee, tea, etc. are free or indicating the prices for them.We were extremely disappointed with the bar/restaurant. The service was lackluster on the first evening and on the second evening other guests pointed out to us that no food could be ordered due to the staff being "ill". When we asked the bar manager, we were told to get flyers from delivery services at reception.It's a shame that there is such poor service in such a beautiful atmosphere 🧐😠

A great hotel for lost places fans, a touch of the 80s of the last century lets you reminisce in this hotel. But after you wake up from the dream, you imagine yourself in a ruined building. The run-down furnishings are completed with a dirty room that is obviously only cleaned sporadically.After I complained about the room, I was offered a new room, but contrary to my expectations of finally arriving, I was disappointed again. The bathroom smelled like a place where dozens had defecated and the carpet in front of the bathroom had a huge stain on it. After another complaint, the third room was finally found to be in acceptable condition.The next shock came when eating: the carelessly overcooked dishes were sometimes served at 3 consecutive meals (lunch, evening, midday).The staff was not trained in serving drinks and distributed the drinks from above and grabbed the top edge of the glasses to drink. The whole thing was topped off by a heater that couldn't be turned off and ensured a tropical climate in the meeting rooms. In the hotel, buckets were placed in several places to catch the water dripping from the ceiling, thus completing the image of the hotel.

Unfortunately we missed the flight and were therefore accommodated there for one night.Friendly staff, rooms and hygiene ok. Atmosphere like in a waiting room.You could make a lot more sales with a cool bar and snacks and make your guests' nights more pleasant.We had to order pizza from a delivery service.

The breakfast is good. It's fine if you stay on the upper floors and near the elevators. A quiet and beautiful place. Most importantly, it is economical. The girl at the reception is cute.

Poorly managed hotel. Were there in September for a big conference and also at the beginning of the year. At the beginning of the year everything was great but when we were there the quality and atmosphere in the hotel was extremely bad. After almost 10 years now, we will choose a new hotel

So I had booked for two nights for an event. When I arrived at 10 p.m. I just wanted my bed. I looked around the room and the pictures probably speak for themselves! Stains, battered furniture, blood on the curtain. But because I was so tired, I spent the first night in the room. The next morning my complaint was presented to reception and I was told to pack my bag and be assigned a new room around midday. So I picked it up again around midday, got a new key and off we went. I unlocked the new room and walked out backwards. In a non-smoking hotel, this room reeked of stale smoke. At first I thought it was coming from outside, but no, it's in the wallpaper, in the curtains and everywhere. So reception again. Next key. The new room was clean and in order, only when I went to bed that night I realized that I couldn't lock it from the inside because the lock had already been broken and wouldn't close anymore. 🤷🏼♀️ So in conclusion, the hotel had some good times, which unfortunately are already over. And the prices are no longer justified 🥴

I visited the Dorint hotel during this year's Automechanika fair. The hotel is outside the center, but access is very good. The hotel itself is not the newest, the rooms are neatly furnished, clean, and the bed is comfortable. On the plus side, very good, rich and varied breakfasts and very nice service.

The hotel is huge, but surprisingly quiet. The rooms have a good layout, but some of the furniture is already rancid. Water stains on the edge of the bed, ominous stains on the armchair, torn curtains and heavy calcification in the bathroom. The service was great, the employees were extremely polite and always ready to fulfill your wishes. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and the ingredients are also very tasty. In addition, the time for breakfast is great and the mini croussants are incredibly tasty. I think the cost of parking is outrageous, especially since you can almost only get there by car.The lounge and bar are nicely done and offer entertainment options.

A good hotel for a conference, meeting room is recommended. The beds in the room are very low, similar to fouton beds. The bread roll was plentiful, only the rolls were dry, as if they had been a day old and the cutlery was not replenished.
