Unique small hotel in the beautiful southern district of Marburg. Impressively venerable atmosphere, very pleasant, friendly and accommodating hosts, I would love to come back!

Our room was on the top floor. Its area was a maximum of 10 square meters. There is not enough space for two adults and 2 suitcases. There was musty, damp air coming from the bathroom. The only plus is the central location of the hotel and close parking.

Pretty room, comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast served at the table. We felt very comfortable. Only suitable for someone who can climb stairs - no elevator available

The Hotel Haus Müller is a cozy family hotel in a good location and with nice service. The rooms are a bit small and winding, but not annoying. The bed and linens were very comfortable!I particularly liked the personal interaction. At breakfast you shouldn't expect the large buffet like at a chain, instead you will be served individually at the table with rolls, various spreads, sausage, cheese and eggs. The main train station and the old town can each be reached in about 15 minutes on foot.Due to the parking situation there, I would definitely recommend using the parking space for €10.Great spontaneous stay that I would happily recommend

The location was positive. This was very central and you could get to the city center quickly. The parking situation around the hotel was negative. All residents' parking spaces or with a parking permit. Everything occupied. Here the owner was kind enough to provide a parking space in an inner courtyard for €10. The hotel itself is a matter of taste. Anyone who likes antiques is in good hands here. The room was very small and winding. The bathroom was so small that the sink was in the room. The toilet was behind a wall, so you could only sit at an angle. After showering you had to dry yourself in the room because the bathroom was too small. You could only watch TV to a limited extent because the TV was directly above the bed. As far as breakfast is concerned, it was set individually. Two rolls, cream cheese, coffee, plastic containers of jam, boiled egg, etc. As I said, the hotel is a matter of taste.

Time-honored manor house not far from the Elisabeth Church and just a few minutes to the Lahn and the old town.  …

In a franchise hotel maybe (!) the bathroom would be bigger and the furnishings would be modern… but I could be anywhere else. I can only be in the Müller house in Marburg. Everything could be classed as vintage or retro, it's simple: good, personal hotel tradition. More of a guesthouse like in old stories than a hotel; the employees were very friendly, the history of the house is noticeable. I wish the house can exist for another 100 years!

Shared conclusion.Positive:Nice hotel with historical furniture. Clean, individual rooms. Good location, not noisy. Parking space available.Service at breakfast was very friendly. Nice breakfast room.Negative:Shower cubicles are very narrow, anyone who is corpulent will have a problem here.Breakfast is ok, but a lot of prepackaged stuff.Contact with inquiry was borderline, that's why I almost didn't book: there was no response at all for 5 days to my (friendly) inquiry via the contact form, as only a large range was given for the room prices. Then I called (still friendly): snippy and unfriendly answers that I found unpleasant and inappropriate. "I've never written an offer before." "What else do you need now? Then they pulled out all the stops.” No response whatsoever to my comment that I hadn’t received any feedback for several days. We didn't have any special requests either. In retrospect, I suspected that the statements were meant to be funny, but I found that quite wrong. Especially if you don't know the person. The requested reservation confirmation by email came a week (!) after the phone call. I don't expect an answer after an hour, but it should be possible after a day or two. It's an absolute standard process in a hotel...This gives the impression that you are unwanted.
