There are only 2 sockets in the room, there is only cold water in the bathroom, no shampoo or shower gel on site. After asking for 2 towels because we only have 1, but 2 people said they didn't have any left. Pool is missing a lot of tiles and doesn't look cleaned. Staff is not good enough but nice Location is nice but I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there as there are much better hotels for the price. Greetings Emmy

Guest house to avoid!! The rooms are dirty, there was an unbearable smell in the bathroom throughout the stay. And finally they are thieves, we rented them a scooter which was damaged at the front. We made the mistake of not taking a photo when renting it. The moment came when they told us that it was us who obviously damaged the scooter.Even showing them a video of the scooter that we took 15 minutes after renting it, nothing to do, they ask us $300, for I repeat a simple mark on the front which should not cost more than 200k.After an hour of negotiation we finally paid 750k for the repair of a scooter that we did not damage.I therefore advise you not to go to this guest house and above all to take a good look at all the scooters at the time of rental, regardless of the location.

I don't like writing bad reviews, but I feel obligated to do so here because I was very disappointed with the accommodation. I also think that it is doing you a favor so that you make changes (even if I see that you absolutely do not take into account the previous comments), but also to the next travelers who would like to book here...First, I rented this accommodation on Airbnb and the name of the establishment was never mentioned. Otherwise I would have gone to Google to read the reviews and realized that they were often bad.The room was dirty, that's the main downside: leftover used soap in the shower, sheets with stains, dirty floor, strong smell of humidity... No matter the price paid, a room must be own.The room is very poorly equipped, not even the minimum: absolutely nothing to put a towel on (I put it on my bed, on the toilet, where??), a wardrobe, but not a hanger, no bedside lamp… For the price I wasn't expecting a TV, a fridge, or whatever, but at least anyway. The only positive point is the garden, magnificent with the swimming pool.I was supposed to stay there for 4 nights, but I finally decided to leave after the first and go to a place where I feel good to enjoy my vacation.

Well... for the price you can't ask for much more...: apart from hygiene. In fact it wasn't horrible but good.We will order by the +*Magnificent garden*Rather pleasant staff = we had no light in the bathroom and they came to change it very quickly*Swimming pool nothing to say*Air conditioning so great* price much more than affordable*PERFECT and quiet location in the center of UbudFor the -*Honestly, clearly lack of hygiene: limescale +++++ in the shower therefore 0 pressure*Impossible to walk without flip-flops in the bathroom because it smelled and looked so dirty.* wifi does not work* foul smell* cockroaches* bed linen probably clean but stained, for a hotel it is still rather simple to go and buy new sheets just to say that it is clean. And I’m not even talking about the yellow pillowcases…* lack of staff communicationIf you are looking for a cheap place it's perfect because there are quite a few things around and the facilities are very suitable, however I clearly wouldn't come back.

Don't be fooled by the affordable price and don't rent. The rooms were extremely bad and dirty. I can say that we were attacked by insects, small lizards and a lot of ants. The door does not lock from the inside, a small piece of wood is left behind it. I didn't want to add photos of the rooms because they were in very bad condition. The garden and poolside were the most exotic environment we have ever seen. It has a peaceful and relaxing environment. There may be monkeys wandering outside. Be careful not to leave any materials outside. If the room doors are open, they come in. The engine can be rented but it is expensive. I rented it there on the first day, but when I realized that it was much more affordable outside, I rented another motorcycle.

I'm going to speak harsher than I've ever spoken to a business in my life, THIS PLACE IS SCAMMED PEOPLE. You arrive at this place called the hotel by passing through a really scary alley. The rooms are disgraceful and dilapidated. The rooms are crawling with bugs and they don't refund people's money. This place needs to stop scamming people and close down the business immediately.

Great value for money. Swimming pool is beautiful. Close to city centre, but need to walk through the allies to reach the accommodation. But once inside, it is really beautiful.

Located in a dark narrow creepy alley that's half a kilometer long and can't be approached by car. The room allotted to us was absolutely disgusting. Hardly any light inside, bathroom didn't even have a door, stained curtains and more. Strongly advise against going here.
