People here are nice, but there is much better places to stay for the same price nearby. Dirty, probably never wash the sheets, or the uncovered blanket on it. The walls haven't been cleaned in a couple of years. No liquid soap.

Very nice and quiet place close to all commodities in Ubud. The Villa’s are away from the main street so quiet. Middle of nature. Rooms are spacious with hot water (perfect, internet (not great) and A/C (noisy) and private pool (awesome). The staff gives you a Whatsapp number for anything you need to order, cleaning, etc... Not luxurious but great value for money. I would gladly come back! Suksma 🙏

Stuck water 4days no fix and no change room. Waste money long time waiting for shower. No come again this hotel. Not recommend anyway you can try pay one day than decide by your own

Price expensive about 800K Indonesia,And the room is normal , pool not clean,And room have many type insect so afraid, I do not recommend but anyway you can try stay one day you will understand ,First I stay is problem with water no water and need to wait about 10minutes it back and than you also need to wait again you will wait to clean your poo poo and day 2 also the problem not fix. :( unhappy. I want check out but can not get money back so need to stay because already pay for week

I stayed 2 nights at this place and here is my review:PROS:- excellent location- decent breakfast- friendly staffCONS:- expensive- no room service or if you stay more than 1 night, they won't replenish your water, coffee, towels etc.- no phone (you have to walk to the front desk)- no toiletries except soap.- the pool is dirty and cannot be used.- insects in the room (mosquitoes, ants and cockroaches)- we asked for an adapter and they said someone else in the hotel was using it even though we were the only guests). We felt we were lied to.We stayed at 2 hotels in the neighbourhood of this hotel and paid lesser price to get much better service.The staff appears nice and friendly, and it appears to be a family owned business. I like giving business to such hotels but it's a bit of a pity they are not running this hotel properly.I will not be coming back to Wonder-land Villa.

Wifi, aircon and location is good. BUT Room has no phone, the only way to ask help is by walking to the receptionist's desk which is quite far. The view is terrible. Offered Indonesian and American breakfast, but when in the morning we ordered, only American's available. Booked 2 adults, I came with my spouse and 5 yo son, but they give additional charge because of my son. I looked on Traveloka (booked with it) yet can't find any info regarding additional charge if bring kid(s). The only toiletries is soap bar.

Firs the staff (Rodrigo and Wayan) is the very friendly and helpful during all your trip in their place !!The room is just amazing. Each room as a private pool, and there is also a huge pool to share with the other guest. Aircon and Wifi are working well.The location is in the center of Ubud (close to everything).I more than recommend!!! I will come back soon:)Thank for everything!!Lucas

I would have given him 5 stars if he hadn't given the room I booked two months earlier to other people. For the rest, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and room with nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Toiletries are missing. The tranquility and nature in this hotel are the strong point for me
