I don't usually give bad reviews but I have to admit that if you are a woman traveling alone, or if this is your first experience in Bali, avoid this guesthouse 🙏🏼

After the first day in Bali, we decided to look for a villa. We gave ourselves links to rooms and villas throughout the area of Ubud, and as soon as we came here, we felt that we wanted to stay here for more than one month. Therefore, we immediately paid for the month in advance. We read the reviews after we paid. The hot water is fine; the pool is clean and contains a small amount of chlorine. Everyone is friendly and smiling, except for the dog who barks at me and the girl when we are together but does not bark at me when I am alone. )) so I'm not offended)There is no breakfast here, but across the road, on the second floor, there is a cafe, the prices are slightly higher than the cafes near the roads)I want to live here)

THE TWO WOMEN WHO RUN THE STORE ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY.OUR LUGGAGE WAS SIMPLY PLACED ON THE TERRACE BEFORE CHECKING OUT COR THE DOOR WHILE WE WERE ON THE WAY.WHEN WE NOTICED THAT WE WERE MISSING MONEY, WHICH WE HAD HIDDEN VERY WELL, WE WERE INSULTED. ONE OF THE LADIES TOLD SHE WOULD CALL THE POLICE IF WE DIDN'T LEAVE. THEN HER HUSBAND CAME OVER AND WAS VERY RUDE AND NAUGHTY. HE PUSHED US OUT AND SPIT AFTER US.DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL THE OWNERS HAVE A SHOP WHERE THE PRICES ARE 3X MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE SHOPS NEXT TO THE HOTEL, EVEN THOUGH WE WERE GUESTS THERE.RIP-OFFS ARE BIG WRITTEN WITH THEM.I'VE BEEN IN BALI/INDONESIA 4 times AND I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH BOTTOMLESS IMPACT.PLUS THAT I WAS ON THE HONEYMOON WITH MY WIFE AND HAD TO STAY CALM AND JUST SWALLOW IT.I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL TO ANYONE.Now a few words about the accommodation, the pool is dirty, the toilet seat is at least 10 years old and has stains everywhere.I got a rash on my butt. I was in the hospital and had to get an ointment prescribed.I would say the vacation/honeymoon is over.Overall, Bali is still a beautiful country. I advise everyone to visit it. There are black sharps in every country.Rooms: Rooms are dirty. Pool is dirty. Everything is old, very old. Towels are not changed!!!Security: When it comes to security, I can only shake my head. Several hundred euros were stolen and all my luggage was ransacked and in the end I was called a liar.Walkability: The hotel is located on a market street where there is 2 meters of space and cars and scooters are constantly driving past - we were almost run over. Please be careful where you sleep.Worth mentioning: Really very dirty and everything is old I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
