The price-quality ratio is very good. We even liked it here better than more expensive alternatives in the area. The room is spacious and very clean. It is located in a quiet area close to the center and close to beautiful rice fields and waterfalls in the north. The people are super sweet and they make a really tasty breakfast. Absolutely recommended!

Excellent service by Mr Gede and yummy breakfast. Rooms are spacious and patio and ambience too is good. It's also within walking distance of Ubud Palace and multiple kecak dance performances and a local fruit market that opens between 4-8 am. Good choice of convenience stores in the lane too.The cons are a lack of reasonable priced restaurants in the evening for a late dinner (post 8 pm), the non cleaning of the dining table in the patio, a funny rule that says they replace towels only every 3 days and an electrical heater that can't provide enough hot water to fill the bath tub and sometimes even for a shower.

Bed sheets, blankets, floor and bathroom were all clean. There is no hot water, but the water pressure is really strong and there is a shampoo body. The toilet is also new. Both the room and bathroom are spacious so you can easily spread out your luggage. I got a room on the second floor, and since it was higher than the surrounding area, I could see the roofs of other houses and there was less noise from motorcycles than I expected. For breakfast, you can choose between banana pancakes or omelet inside baked bread, one fruit plate per person, and hot water is provided, so you can have Balinese coffee or tea. Recommended for accommodation in Ubud city. Next to Indomaret, Circle K, and Alpha Mart are nearby. All cut at 10m. It seemed like they sell e-money cards here at Indomaret. (I saw it on someone else's blog, so it's not accurate)There is construction noise due to the construction of the new accommodation, but it starts around 8 am and ends around 5 pm. There is construction dust, so please wipe the hallway sofa with a wet tissue before use. I really recommend this place!! However, the old mattress and pillows had a musty smell that made me want to vomit. The linen was clean, but it smelled like hell, so I laid out my own blanket and threw a pillow, but ㅠㅠ. If this is good, it's the best value for money!!There is no air conditioning, only a ceiling fan, but this is enough. If it gets hot during the day, you can just open the window. There were no mosquitoes more than I expected, the wind was blowing softly, and the musty smell was gone, so when I returned to the accommodation, I always opened the window and door to ventilate.On Booking.com, I paid cash for accommodation for 600k for 2 nights in early August, but when I looked at other people's deals, most of them were 400-500 for 2 nights. The length of stay was only 2 nights, so why did I buy it so expensively?

A perfect place near Puri Ubud. A big room for 3 with a working fan. It was enough for Ubud as you don’t really need AC there. We went there during the Pelebon, it was walking distance to Puri Ubud which is very convenient. In front of the homestay there are 2 mini market, Circle K and Alfamart. Check in and check out was smooth, great service, good breakfast. Thank you

Though we were not able to stay here due to some construction noise and fan issue. Owner helped us to relocate in a very gentle way. Definitely recommend if your looking for a property in centre of Ubud
