The hotel is perfectly situated to visit Ubud, plenty of nice restaurants and within walking distance of the monkey forest and the main areas.The staff are kind and friendly offering to help us organise any trips we would like to do and with the rental of bikes for self exploration.The room is basic but comfortable with all good working facilities, but the real treasure about the hotel is the social area. There is plenty of seating with opportunities of shade all throughout the day. To the rear there are views of the rice fields. To the front is the main road but this is expected due to the great location. Due to the open air style terrace there is a nice breeze flowing through.Every other hotel we looked at in this area could not match the price for location. Value for money, comfort and experience cannot be matched. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to travel and experience Ubud.

Facilities aren't the best but I'd say it's well worth the money and you get what you pay for.The staffs all try their best to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.

Be careful with the room that they assign you, make sure that it is in proper conditions since there was a leaking in the ceiling that damaged my partner’s computer and caused us a lot of troubles. Then in another rainy day, the entire room was flooded and all of our clothes got soaked because of that. At this point, we asked for a refund for our stay and they assigned us a different room that was apparently better, but the mental stress that caused us this situation wasn’t worth it.

We had a rough time at this place. During our stay, we encountered significant issues with water leakage. On the first night, my laptop was damaged due to a leaking ceiling caused by rain. Since then, I've been trying to salvage my laptop and relying on my partner's laptop for work. Five days later, another leak soaked everything in our room. We had to switch rooms, and though they refunded us, the stress and time lost are priceless.

A wonderful place, inexpensive, with a beautiful view of the rice fields.The advantage of this place is that they hold the reservation without payment until arrival, this helped in the absence of the opportunity to make an advance payment online from Russia, as well as to confirm accommodation when applying for a visa.The staff is very welcoming and friendly, the rooms are simple but tidy, the air conditioning and hot water worked well.Drinking water and delicious Balinese coffee were available free of charge.Nice little balcony to watch the sunset from.And below is the delicious Warung (local inexpensive restaurant serving Indonesian cuisine)

I stayed here for 2 days and the overall experience is amazing.The room is clean and properly maintained. It came provided with neccesities like wardrobe, desk, towels and basic bathroom amenities.The service from the staff has been very friendly and considerate. They offered to housekeep the room while I'm away despite I only stayed there for mere days. The lobby is also well facilitated, having hot water, cups, and a fridge if you want to store your own food.What makes this place is so worth it though, is that it is reasonably priced for its strategic location. You can go anywhere noteworthy in Ubud from here, having everything close by such as Saraswati Temple, Monkey Forest Sanctuary, Ubud Art Market and more. The shops and facilities around this place is also convenient, such as minimarkets, bike rentals, and cafes that you can find by walking distance. Overall, great choice to stay in Ubud.

It's a non-view accommodation, but it's good value for money and the location is good, so I stayed for 3 nights ~ There's a shortcut to the yoga club, so you can get there in 5 minutes ~ There's a Guardian's next to the accommodation, so it's good to buy what you need ~ In particular, I bought a lot of Ellipse Essence because it's much cheaper than a large supermarket ~ The food at the restaurant on the first floor is delicious and has great ribs About 70k~ It was nice to be able to use the refrigerator in the lobby, and I could use the water purifier next to it, so I made cup ramen~ Wi-Fi was fast~ I was worried because there was only one outlet, but it was okay~ The facilities were a bit old, but it was worth it, including the non-view of the room and the non-view of the lobby on the second floor. Rain is awesome~

The localisation is great, one the Main Street. The restaurent downstairs is really good and cheap. The staff is also welcoming and really friendly. Theirs a nice view on the rice field and many couch / table to enjoy a meal or coffee with a great natural view.The only and biggest cons are the room and the service. The room is old and dirty. I understand we are in Indonesia and at this price I don’t expect something fancy but it can be more clean and I paid the same price for cleaner.There’s is something sticky, white and dry on the only little blanket we had… we are sure of what it is… pretty nasty… no one was there to help us having clean sheet…

Very affordable room in main place in Ubud. Five Star for place.
This not for one who spend mostly in room. Very crowded mixed with restaurant and each room close each other and bit noisy when someone doing check-in and check out.

recommended, value for money. will book again if there is opportunityPro :- Cheap, delicious & cheap food- spacious room- Good location- Cheap accommodation- Good view (one side facing rice field view)- Free tea + Coffee- balcony- towel, indoor sink, bathroom trashbin & roll tissue- room service every dayCons :- parking size, spacious for bike but limited if you bring car (max 2-4).- location,there is no clear enough sign to indicate the location, because the downstairs is used for a restaurant.- the atmosphere is still crowded until 21:30 because of entertainment and you will wake up at early morning due to noise pollution- most of the electric buttons don't work / function ?- prefer if there is indoor trashbin and pull tissue (not the roll type)note : i forgot the name of the restaurant but please try the downstair restaurant, the food relative cheap and delicious. recommend pork rib

I know it's Indonesia and it's normal for there to be more bugs in the room but so many... Just entering there were like 20 spiders... I think it wouldn't cost the staff anything when they cleaned the room to get them out of there. Also they don't have a mosquito net.The bed was comfortable but the sheets didn't cover you from head to toe.Regarding the bathroom, although we appreciated that the shower was separated from the bathroom (something that is sometimes difficult to find in Indonesia), it left something to be desired. The shower needed a good coat of paint, and the water took forever to get hot and very little water came out.The hotel has nothing. It opens onto a restaurant below and that's it. The rest of the facilities are in a somewhat fair state, under construction and it is quite ugly.Finally, it must be said that the location is great, it is in the center.

Room service every day.Cons1. Constructions sounds - when we were there, there was constructions going on. The whole day this goes on and so afternoon nap wasn't a possibility.2. No Jet Spray - a must for us Indians. It was difficult for us.3. Very low maintenance of the property - nicely built but maintenance was not there.4. Only one electric plug point in the whole room.
