It was very nice that there was a terrace. If there are cookie crumbs or breakfast is not cleaned up early, there may be bustling ants, but they quickly disperse and disappear after cleaning. There are no other bugs. Advantages include the fact that breakfast is provided at this price, the fact that it is reasonably far from the center of Ubud, and the alleys where it is located are full of good restaurants. Above all, the friendliness of the owner is the best. I checked in at 2 am, and if I left a note in advance when making a reservation, they would wait for me. Anyway, highly recommended!!

Really Nice place to stay. Very close to the Ubud market (good for shopping) and main area. Lot of good cafes and restaurants near by. Breakfast is served at Room table. Owner wayang and his wife maintain the property very nicely. Very Clean rooms and hot water available. Definitely going to stay here in future also.

The room is clean, there is air conditioning and you can easily reach the center on foot. It's on a side street off the main road far enough away to have no noise at night. In the street there are warungs, restaurants and spas. The owner is kind and the grandmother who lights the incense is a spectacle, I would have packed her <3Wifi always working

My family stayed at Wayan’s place for four nights . It’s centrally located within walking distance of the palace and the many restaurants. The room is extremely clean with a king size bed . Wayan’s wife cleans the room daily and even provided fresh towels two days into our stay . We didn’t expect that . The breakfast is sufficient. We highly recommend it

Homestay far from the hustle and bustle but close to the center on foot. Warm welcome, the rooms are clean, very comfortable bed. Breakfast is served in front of the room: plentiful and good.

The hotel owner is very friendly, the room is very clean, the location is great, but the breakfast is very inadequate. I wish they would raise the price a little more so that we could be full :) A cheap hotel has no meaning when you pay for breakfast outside again.

Great location. Just 5 minute walk to central area of Ubud.Rooms are quite clean and very comfortable. Good bathroom with hot shower. Check in is available anytime( we did a late checkin)Break fast is homemade- Bread+jelly+omelet/bread+jelly+crumbled egg/ banana pancake any one + fruits + tea/coffee. Quite decent, okay tasting( can be better).Room service was done everyday.Overall great place to stay in budget.

Staff is very kind and helpful, location is Ubud12 minutes walk to Palas, on the street where the facility is located.There are cafes..The ground floor rooms are very humid, there is an insect problem, the breakfast isvery inadequate..

We loved our stay with Wayan and his family at Omank Agus! The homestay is beautifully decorated and very well located just off one of the main roads. We were in the middle of the downtown area within 10 minutes but had the advantage of being in a quiet area. The room was spacious and clean, and we loved the terrace to eat breakfast on and relax when it rained. The breakfast was yummy and always on time. Wayan even helped us a book a tour with his nephew’s agency to climb Mount Batur and the price was the best in town. Would highly recommend you book this stay!

Omank Agus Homestay in Ubud is a well-maintained accommodation with clean and comfortable rooms. The owner, a friendly Balinese man, and his family are incredibly welcoming and supportive throughout our 3 nights stay. Breakfast is served in-room and is very affordable. Additionally, renting a scooter is made easy with Clear Scooter Rental and Tourist Information located conveniently in front of the homestay. Highly recommended for anyone planning a visit to Ubud!

A charming and cozy little Homestay in Ubud. Centrally located about 10 minutes off the main street on a hill, you will be greeted with warm smiles and friendly hospitality. Rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. A/C works great! The owner Mr. Wayan is eager to make your stay the best possible. Lots of little restaurants and laundromats within 5 minutes walk of the homestay. I can easily recommend Omank Agus homestay to everyone!

The Cp value is very high, the bed is very, very good to sleep on, it’s cheap and it comes with breakfast, you can stay for a few nights and it comes with breakfast a few times, the amiable grandpa and the old lady
