Please don't come this hotel, it's not good for your health. The bathroom is completely covered by mold. Sink and toilet is broken, bed is dirty. I have skin rash, AC fall mold particles make you coughing. No proper reception desk. No window. The toilet and bathroom have very strong biogas and garbage dumps smell. Hot water was hot for a minute or two. It's ganna damage your body. Do not come here. (Aurora house room 10)

Booking was not available as 6 booked but only got 4 had mouldy rat smelling mattress put on floor , doors didn't shut properly carved wood windows look amazing but don't keep mosquitos out , no hot water , toilet flushed and saturated my foot absolutely hell left following morning

I absolutely love the Aurora House Homestay. Kadek, Manick, Putu and everyone else are like family to me. The location is right in the art market and central to so many places. The rooms are clean, showers are hot, AC is cold, WiFi works great and the property are beautiful and well kept. And the price is amazing.

The location is great, surrounded by a lot of shops and restaurants. The main attractions is only around the corner i.e., Ubud Palace, Pasar Ubud and etc. The only downside was the AC is not too cold, there’s no hot shower and the shower is not that good. Other than that, it was a good stay for a backpackers.

Very not welcoming and very bad hospitality. I can see that they're not ready to receive guests. If you checking in late, you will get charged. We have to ask for basic need like soap, breakfast & drinks (when we actually paid with the breakfast package) also we have to wait for almost an hour to only get "nasi kucing bungkusan" without any drink. Then we have to wait again for water and tea. Overall it's very not recommended, and wasting money. Even though the location is quite strategist, but there are many other homestay anyway so i think y'all might consider that. Especially if you are a domestic tourist.

Beautiful place hosted by beautiful people. The budget rooms are great if you're someone who likes to pop in and out through the day. Their driver is very honest, knowledgeable, and can make a great impromptu tour guide. He's also got friends everywhere in Ubud, so ask him for the local recommendations. His name is Manek.

I guess it was ok - some items in the room weren't working such as the lights and the toilet has to be turned off when not in use as it was leaking.They promised water as part of the amenities but they didn't provide it.Oh, and save your money and eat somewhere else. DON'T GET THE BREAKFAST PACKAGE.

When I went there, they said it was fully booked and took me to their sister's homestay.I stayed there for 4 days.But finger-sized centipedes and cockroaches appeared in the bathroom.If it's fully booked, shouldn't they take reservations? Is check-in on a first-come, first-served basis?After debating and canceling and thinking about what to do, I just minimized the time I stayed at the accommodation.Even though I made a reservation for 20,000 won per day, it was a waste of money..The owner was friendly, but it was very unpleasant that he moved the accommodation on his own. As a result, he had to correct the address of the tour pick-and-drop accommodation and provide it again.
