We (grandparents) stayed at the reef resort for 2 nights with our son and our 2 small grandchildren. We had a large family room with 2 rooms and a connecting door including 2 bathrooms. Everything was clean and functionally furnished.We had booked half board. Kudos to the chef. The meals were very tasty and very sufficient. The breakfast buffet was also very good, varied and lovingly prepared. In front of the breakfast room there was a nice play area for the little ones. Nothing was missing from the buffet and it was always replenished.The staff everywhere was very friendly and accommodating.The bathrobe walk from the hotel to the bathroom/sauna area was very comfortable. Since it was a holiday and a weekend, the pool was naturally full. But there was always space in the water and we didn't need loungers in the bathroom. There were enough free loungers in the sauna area. There were a variety of saunas that were spacious so you could always find a spot. There was an infusion every hour and the sauna master also "waved" something, which is no longer a matter of course everywhere these days.If you are looking for absolute peace, the relaxation house in the outdoor area of the sauna area is highly recommended. It was so quiet there that I even fell asleep for 30 minutes.It was a very successful weekend stay.The price-performance ratio is also good.Many thanks to the entire team.

A really great swimming pool. Prices are ok.Changing rooms, showers etc. everything is clean and tidy.This is the second time we've been there and we'd love to come back.

They were such great days, with full body massage, foot reflex massage and cosmetics. It was a dream...The sauna area is 100% recommended. Everything you could want is there for this area.In the hotel I have a room with a terrace (shady side) on the ground floor. It was still very hot last week and the temperature in the room in the evening was very pleasant.There are dining options in and around the resort, all within walking distance.

We came as day guests for the sauna area. Sauna selection sufficient. You can even go to the regular swimming pool.The outdoor pool was just the right temperature to cool off at 30 degrees.Many options are available.Infusion also used regularly.However, it was strange that children were in the sauna area. Child protection?The ban on cell phones was also not taken seriously by visitors, which makes the situations unpleasant. You can go 4 hours without a phone...This should be addressed by staff.

An all around lovely stay.We had our dog with us - accordingly a terrace room. The nearby spa park can be reached within a few minutes on foot.The bathrobe walk was great, the sauna was small but nice.The room was very modern and very spacious.Free safe, refrigerator, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster available. The nearest supermarket is a 10-minute walk away - so we booked without breakfast.We'd love to come back

Nice place, have lived there 2 years in a row. Good facilities with a water park next door. The cleaning is top notch - very proper. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service was top notch for our overnight stay.

We spent four nights at the resort and felt very comfortable. The staff is very attentive and child-friendly, the rooms are clean.A misunderstanding at checkout could be resolved quickly and easily. Thanks for that!The breakfast buffet was always freshly replenished, there was fine coffee and the price-performance ratio was great.

Completely overcrowded, everyone can do whatever they want and no one cares. Not to think about rest and relaxation. The hotel was nice, but I think it's pretty stupid to turn off the towel heater in a bathing hotel since we're leaving today with our wet clothes. The bathroom is very worn out and urgently needs a thorough cleaning. We won't be coming back and can't recommend it.

This is the fourth time I've come to the Riff Resort this year.The last 3 times everything was great, friendly staff, clean, modern rooms. However, 2 days before arrival our room was changed from the ground floor, which we really wanted, to the 1st floor. When we arrived we came to the 2nd floor. There were no solutions and no discounts or anything else.Therefore only 4/5 this time.

Great indoor pool!Especially the offer for the summer holidays: pay 3, swim 4 hours is great. I was there with my daughters and their friends and I can't fault anything. The outdoor area and the slides were briefly closed due to storms. The lifeguards were friendly and cleared the affected areas calmly and orderly. After a while everything was okay again and the entire system could be used. The highlight of the kit was definitely the tire slide and the whirlpool in the large indoor pool. I thought the brine pool and the warming room were great. I can only recommend.

Definitely worth a visit. Very nicely designed bathroom. Indoor and outdoor pools with many massage options. Hotel connected by transition bridge. Good gastronomy.
