Called them from the bus to leipzig to update them on my arrival time, was informed that there was a booking mistake and there was no room for me. Nobody had thought to update me on this from their side i had received several messages.

Before booking my stay, I contacted the property to ask for the possibility of a late arrival around 1:30 am.The property confirmed that this was possible and that I would receive a password to enter the establishment.I added screenshots of my emails exchange with the property.After booking I received an information from booking.com indicating that my reservation had been canceled for "no show" despite the notification of the property of my late arrival!Moreover the property charged me for the stay and I had to find another place to spend the night...My refund request was rejected by the property as indicates the last email in attachment.

Arrived to the property 45mins after the 19.00 check in time. Could not contact the owner at all numbers provided although we tried many times. He let us hang out dry until 22.00 when we found another hotel that had a room available. Thanks for the nightmarish experience.

no internet, service sucks, waste of time. If you want to change the bedding and clean it yourself, have a change of towels and fight for parking, go ahead. Damn, we're in the 21st century and Poles seem to be going backwards in development, giving a good opinion to such places. The worst thing is when you're sleeping and the Polish drivers are stupid, God bless them, they come together and make noise, they rather lubricate your anuses and you can't sleep.

The rooms are functionally furnished and very clean. There are enough parking spaces on the street. Contactless check-in and check-out was completely uncomplicated. If you're just looking for a decent place to sleep and a shower on a budget, this is the right place for you.
