Nice guesthouse, our room was quite large with a comfortable couch, the bed was a bit small. It's very centrally located and quite cheap. The stairs to the rooms are very steep, not suitable for everyone. We'll be back.

Very friendly operator. Close to the harbor where there are several breakfast options and restaurants.The old town/market can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.Unfortunately there is no elevator.Price/performance is still top

I asked twice before booking whether there was a bed in the second room. Both times I was answered yes and then it was just a sofa bed that was too small (I'm only 1.78m). There was no fridge either a kettle. The access is via a steep staircase, even though I said that I was traveling with my mother (84).Conclusion: For what's going on here it's just a rip off

Rooms are functional and completely adequately furnished for a guesthouse. The location at the water gate is great! You just have to cross the street and you will find the harbor and a large parking lot where you can park your vehicle cheaply. The way to the city center is not far either.

Right in the center of Wismar. Our double room consisted of a living room and a bedroom. A small balcony facing the back yard was a nice surprise :-).Enough space for our four-legged friend too - although there are practically no opportunities to go for a walk in the old town, always start towards the harbor, there is something there.

Never book via Booking. Booking sent me an email announcing “reservation confirmed” for two nights. The problem is that the hotel didn't know about it.We had to talk at length with the owner for her to understand the problem. I had paid and the amount was not refundable. The owner finally agreed to give in and let us have our room.No Booking!

I thought about traveling to Wismar at short notice and got a small apartment in a listed building in Frischer Graben. For me they were the best days so far this year. Very nice staff with great service and fantastic surroundings.

Great location, friendly staff. Quiet and peaceful surroundings, comfortable beds.Guests with pets are welcome. I liked it very much, I think I will come in the summer.

I was greeted very nicely and was able to leave my suitcase there before I could move into the room and I was also helped to store my suitcase on the day of departure. So I was able to enjoy the whole day before I left in the evening.

Very centrally located, right at the old harbor. We were generously accommodated in the annex building in 2 rooms with newly renovated bathrooms, unfortunately there was a broken blind in the bedroom and there was no daily cleaning. There was no opportunity to have breakfast, nor was there enough toilet paper, and contact with the landlady during the stay was unsuccessful. There wasn't a nice view,

No breakfast, no free parking spaces, as a guesthouse there isn't even a fridge or kitchenette, at least it's very central but also noisy when the window is open because there's no air conditioning.

Good morning.One thing first: According to the definition and offer, an apartment consists of a bedroom, bathroom and living room with cooking facilities. There are no cooking facilities here. There is also no refrigerator and no household goods such as plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. Apart from two towels and toilet paper, there is NOTHING here.The floors, skirting boards, wallpaper and ceilings are partly worn and damaged. The shower stall door is missing and has been replaced with a plastic curtain. The furniture obviously comes from bulky waste (the "sofa" definitely) and has been lovingly and haphazardly picked together. The satellite TV shows three to four public. Legal channels have poor reception quality and the internet is weak and unstable.The balcony, facing the shabby inner courtyard, is also only of limited use because the floor is wet and rotten because the rainwater downpipe flows onto the balcony floor! Who builds something so idiotic???After we got through the first few hours with a lot of sarcasm and humor, we completely lost it while trying to fall asleep. “Thanks” to thin, white roller blinds, the window cannot be darkened and the outside and street lighting resembles stadium floodlights. The huge disappointment gave way to sheer anger.Overtired and exhausted, we canceled the second night we had booked the next morning and moved to another accommodation.A price/performance ratio cannot be defined because there is a price but no performance.At least the money for the second night was refunded in cash without any problems and in full. They probably experience something like this more often.No, this establishment is not recommended!!!
