Very bad accommodation, bed linen dirty with hair and stains on the fitted sheet, shower totally moldy, fittings partly broken, spiders and cobwebs in every corner, smoke detector was missing, staff not on site, curtains broken and hanging next to it.We were totally shocked by such accommodation.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!We cannot recommend this hotel!!The whole night there was a "theater" in front of the front door. There were 3 very drunk men who were talking very loudly, if you can still call it that in that state 🍺.They then spoke to my girlfriend very strangely and insulted her!!!!!!Furthermore, our car, which was parked outside in the parking lot (hotel parking lot), was illuminated with a flashlight (cell phone) rather than the public one on the other side of the street. We left the hotel room around 3 a.m. because we didn't have a good feeling.Unfortunately, contacting someone who can take care of the matter is very difficult or even impossible!

Our room had NOTHING in common with the photos on the internet. The pictures advertise modern, renovated rooms. I checked in with my 5 year old son at 9 p.m. (reception no longer manned). We found a room with mold stains on the walls in the bedroom and in the joints in the bathroom, stains on the bed sheets, the toilet seat was completely loose (my son almost slipped off the toilet), the carpet was full of stains, the fire alarm had been dismantled, the windows were so dirty that you could hardly see outside. On the whole, people preferred not to touch anything. Feel-good factor equals 0!!!We really aren't demanding and don't need luxury. But it should be clean.Despite contacting us several times by telephone, no response from management. You are simply put off on the phone and no one answers you back.

There are no exceptional positive or negative experiences for the money. Everything very simple but clean. However, something should be invested again, the shower hose holder that was almost completely torn out, the bent towel holder, many broken tiles in the stairwell and so on are not that great.

The bed covers were full of stains from who knows where! Service was not on site and if you would like to sleep almost on the street, at least because of the noise, you are welcome to sleep there. The bathroom didn't even have a milk screen, you had to pull down the blind and turn on the light to use the toilet. Very expensive for this “comfort”.

Hello travelers.I'm currently in this hotel with my wife. The rooms are clean and that's about it. Loveless, limited to the bare essentials, cheapest equipment and zero service possible. Only via a private/internal chat that no one knows anything about?!? 🤷‍♂️Unless you speak Russian/Ukrainian. Not even English. We only got ONE key card, the main light didn't work (we arrived in the evening) and no one could be reached. The only person on site the next morning (a young, very nice, hard-working Russian woman? 🤔) typed on the translator, and after ages of back and forth, I was contacted via an internal chat. It couldn't be more impersonal. Everything probably has to go through a translator first🤷‍♂️. Not even a call back that was requested several times. Now (12 noon, one day before departure) at least the second card worked. Maybe they'll manage to change the bulb on the main light by tomorrow🤷‍♂️. And that at over €100 per night. As soon as someone else showers, the water pressure drops so much that it wasn't possible for me to shower in the morning 😖.Conclusion:+ Room clean+ nice, hard-working chambermaid who was unfortunately completely overwhelmed. BUT EFFORTLESS👆😊- EVERYTHING ELSE

Double room booked from August 12th until August 16, 2024Checking in worked well, but unfortunately it was a single room. An employee then assigned us a new room over the phone. So far so good, that can happen. The pictures on the internet do not reflect reality. Our room was shabby. The bathroom is no longer up to date and worn out. Mold on the left and right of the window. The room was an imposition. The smoke detector was also missing. No beds were made, no toilet paper was added (we bought our own), no towels were changed. We did the garbage disposal service ourselves and it worked ;) The breakfast was inadequate, you don't just want to drink coffee. Here too, the breakfast did not correspond to the selection shown in the pictures and was 14 euros per person, a disgrace. Unfortunately, we looked at the many bad reviews too late and can only confirm them.Unfortunately we cannot recommend the hotel.

Checking in was no problem. The key card was left in the flap by the front door as stated. At first impression the room was good and clean. There was a note in the room stating that towels and toilet paper would be replenished daily or changed if necessary. When we came back to the room late in the evening the next day, we found that there was only a little toilet paper left on the roll but no replacement roll had been filled and the towels hadn't been changed. When we pointed out to the owner by email (there is no contact person on site) that there was no more toilet paper in the room, the answer we received was that we had clearly used too much toilet paper. I was really shocked by this answer. The beds were never made and the garbage bags were just thrown into the trash can but not secured properly. Ok, we don't really make any demands, but if I pay around €130 for the night, I think I can expect that. It's sad that Hanse Sail drives up the prices but the service is zero. The bathroom is very dark, a lamp was broken and the ventilation flap was hanging off the wall, not to mention the non-existent smoke detector, which as far as I know is mandatory in Germany. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this hotel. Unfortunately we read the reviews too late, but we can only confirm them.
