Location was great, and having a suite was very nice. The breakfast was fantastic and beat out many pricier hotel buffets. There were sliced meats and cheeses, fresh rolls, juice and water, fruit, and hot eggs and sausages or beef with generous portions. We were in one on the two lowest suites and ours at least, didn't have a good way of mitigating the humidity from the bathroom...so while it had been fairly recently renovated, you could see the support bars for the cabinets (made of stainless steel) were already rusting and the laminate was beginning to peel back from the plywood it covered. This was minor for me, but may concern anyone with allergies to humidity related pollens. The beds were straight out of Goldilocks. The bed in the bedroom was sooo soft it had us sore from sleeping out of alignment and the bed that the couch transformed to was so hard it almost like sleeping on a comforter on the floor. Again we only stayed a few nights...but this may be a problem for anyone with back problems. I enjoyed our stay, but my husband said he wouldn't book it again because of the beds. Anything longer than 2 or three nights and I probably wouldn't either.

Twice I booked this place and I can say that this is good place to rent if you looking for nearby shops, groceries, basic amenities as well as lifestyle/fitness hub. Walking distance to Promenada and along the seaside way walk. Very spacious room, kitchen, and well ventilated washroom, toilet. Equipped with the kitchenwares you need for the whole stay. I understand that some amenities are not perfectly new like shower towels but still commendable for the cleanliness of the apartment. Overall rating is exceptional! I strongly recommend this apartment.

Excellent little hotel with large clean rooms. The only drawback was the lack of AC or a floor fan ( temperature was 28c when we arrived) several great restaurants and the railroad station is within walking distance. Management speak good English.

- Thinnest walls ever and no sound protection between rooms. We could hear a TV from next room all night (even through my earplugs) and I hardly fell asleep.+ Clean.

The room was nice and fulfilled its functions. Location very good. The equipment includes a fridge, kettle, microwave and induction hob. Please note - local seagulls have settled in the parking lot and woke me up every day with their terrifying screams around 5-6 am. The lady preparing the room was very nice.

The reception was very sobering because we arrived half an hour early. But this also meant we got one parking space out of eight existing ones. We booked on Booking com... and the photos posted there were all masterfully captured. In reality, the facility is simply shabby.Clean and modern looks different. The room is enough for two guests, but complications arise with three people. The dining area and especially the bathroom are too small.Overall, our stay was quiet, but also disappointing.

The images on the internet are pretty heavily edited. The room was shabby, the walls were cracked and the carpet was dirty. There was a completely dirty towel radiator in the bathroom. The sink was so tiny that it was difficult to freshen up. The highlight was the dirty cleaning rag on the bed on the day of arrival. The parking lot took some getting used to, it was more of a rough gravel area that anyone could access. The town of Świnoujście now has prices beyond good and evil. €25 for a beach chair per day, €2 for a scoop of ice cream are just 2 examples. There is no German television other than public television, but I don't blame the operator for that. The best thing was the breakfast. A very nice older gentleman brought the picnic basket every morning. The content left nothing to be desired. All in all, in our opinion, the price paid is not justified here.
