We used this campsite as a transit campsite but could have easily stayed here for a few days. Nice and close to the highway but had no problems with it. Sanitary facilities were fine. The campsite is located among the trees on a beautiful lake with clear water. We were allowed to choose where we wanted to stand. Sandwich service in the morning and friendly staff. What we also loved were the many wild rabbits that walk around the campsite in the morning.

We spent one night in one of the barrels. These are very spacious for their size, so that you can still sit comfortably together in the anteroom and not feel cramped in the sleeping area, which is just 1.80 m wide.The barrels are also close to the washrooms, which were very clean. Showering was included in the price.There is also a small selection of groceries at the reception if you have forgotten something.

Great campsite, perfect for transit or city trip, staff very, very nice, yes, as others have already written, it's not exactly cheap - but justified, the bar next door is great, stay away from the schnapps = it has to be left over for my next visit, for sure 😆👍

What I like is that electricity and showers are included. I also think the location is great and the washhouse is modern and clean. Unfortunately the place is not cheap and there is no WiFi either.

I wouldn't! showers awful! push-button type but only stays on for 4 seconds!!!! yup - FOUR seconds per push. quite frustratingno marked pitches and a low ampage EHU€48 for 2 people in campervan for 1 night, so amongst the priciest this trip

The reception at reception is very friendly. After paying €36 for an overnight stay with a motorhome and two people, we are allowed to choose a parking space. Power supply is included, there is no WiFi.The campsite looks well-kept, the pitches, some flat and some sloping, are neither numbered nor parceled out, at least not in person, only on the map, everyone stands somewhere and as wide as they like.Electricity and water supplies are occasionally available, but you should have a long cable with you if necessary.There is a playground, mini golf course, a small shop in reception and a restaurant next to the course.The disposal station is easy to get to.Depending on the wind direction, the nearby motorway can sometimes be heard more or less.In mid-September only the centrally located sanitary building is open. It makes a very modern, clean impression. The equipment in the toilets is available without exception. The lighting in the toilets in the women's area is just as dim with a single lamp for 7 toilet cubicles as in the showers or individual wash cubicles. It may be okay in summer, but in September it's annoying as it gets dark early in the morning and evening.I would also like to mention that there is no clear price list on the website. For me, there is an abundance of superfluous information, but there is no easily visible category “Price list for parking spaces”.

Campsite near the motorway, seems a bit neglected or outdated. You can choose your own parking space. Price wise completely ok. Electricity and use of the showers included in the price. Dogs cost extra. You can drive to the square until 10 p.m.

Beautiful forest campsite directly on Auwaldsee. I've been here before with a tent and this time in a wooden barrel. The wooden barrel is really rustic and cozy.In the tent last year I had the bad luck that the wind was coming from the west and you could hear the highway very clearly, and unfortunately there were a few sports cars driving there on Saturday night...This time in the wooden barrel everything was quiet and I was able to sleep very well.The toilets are only 20m away which is very practical.

Beautiful place with old trees right on the Auwaldsee, which you can walk around in half an hour.You can hear the highway...clearly if you're just a kilometer away. But you know that beforehand. Arrival and departure easy and unproblematic.Great restaurant next to the square. Showers included, electricity with a longer cable is no problem, otherwise drive closer.The price is high, but refueling directly on the motorway is also more expensive than further away from the train. Ingolstadt can also be reached quickly by bike.We'll be back... ideal for transit.

I've often driven here while in transit because it's close to the highway.Beautiful natural place 😊Clean sanitary facilities👍Friendly welcome in reception 😊Small drawback, unfortunately, like some other Azur campsites, there are no shelves for shower gel, shampoo, etc. in the showers...In addition, there are no paper towels or similar in the washing area in the sanitary building.to leave the washing area/sink clean for subsequent users.That's why I always pack a few paper towels myself.We are happy to recommend the place with the adjacent inn at Auwaldsee 😊

Beautiful place like in the forest and near the lake. Disadvantage: the proximity to the A9 is convenient but you can hear it. No electricity or water supply on the plot. Current only 6 amps and with a longer cable. Price set very high.The renovated sanitary building is very positive.
