We stayed at this hotel for a few days and were very disappointed with the condition of the rooms. Very worn, stains on the carpet in the room and in the hotel corridors, holes in the curtains, glass edges on the desk and bedside table. We were very satisfied with the staff, always very friendly and attentive. The very varied breakfast should also be mentioned positively.

I have been staying in this hotel for 1 week for a seminar for 25 years. We got used to the tired rooms and the staff made it bearable. This year was impossible. The new management has laid off 80% of the service staff, including the soul of the hotel, the bartender. The restaurant was bad. Every evening the seminar participants received 1 cheese and a sausage platter, always the same, cheap varieties, as well as 2-3 salads, and if I asked, there was also dressing. If you weren't there on time, you ran out of bread, so the waitress kindly put out pre-packaged crispbread from the breakfast buffet. The leftover salad was served the next lunch. There used to be a buffet for everyone, but this time it seemed like only we were there for lunch. The food was less than lukewarm and the rice was basically cold. Some left the food back to warm up. The quality was not good, e.g. For example, I had bread dumplings with mushroom sauce, I know the one with mushrooms in cream sauce, not a sauce with 4 small pieces of mushroom. It also fits that the drink in the packed lunch was 3 weeks old.Our seminar would have liked to speak to management, but no one was there.I hope there is another seminar hotel for us.

The rooms are very dated and dirty. Stains on the carpet and very unpleasant smell in the room. I checked out early because it was unbearable. The staff is very helpful and understanding. Unfortunately that is the only positive thing in this house.

Really very nice reception - the staff are all very friendly and attentive - that makes up for a lot, the breakfast area lives from a certain person called the breakfast fairy. The breakfast buffet is more than plentiful and varied. The rooms are huge and at least 3 meters high. The furnishings are gold and from the 80s, but since everything is high quality and made of real wood, nothing is broken or worn out. The beds and mattresses are newer and really very comfortable. The bathroom is neat and clean. Since it was built in the mid-2000s... I'd be happy to come back.

The hotel has the charm of the 70s. Nicely renovated and partly very modernized. The wellness area is exclusively designed. Unfortunately there were no treatments in August/September 2024 because the lady in charge was ill. We would have loved to use it. Food is good, service is very friendly, cleanliness is always guaranteed. Overall we are very satisfied.

I only used the hotel for overnight stay as I was visiting friends nearby. The stay was not intended for relaxation but only as a means to an end.||I award the 3 points for the following positive memories:||1. …
