We stayed in the deluxe suite for one night with my boyfriend. Everything was clean and tidy. This room was spacious and had a cozy feeling to it. Because it's on the last floor, the ceiling was a bit too low in some areas, so be careful. But other than that, we enjoyed every second of our stay there, and we plan to come back!The staff was kind and helpful. Turned out they spoke Ukrainian and Russian as well. There was a coffee maker and a small, cozy lounge zone at the door. Special thanks go to Ira who works in the kitchen for preparing a delicious breakfast. The buffet table had everything from various cheese and sausage options to fresh juice and fruits like kiwi, melon, pineapple, bananas, and more. The croissants were fresh and super tasty with jams and Nutella on the side. The coffee machine was not cheap either.Overall, we had a great time, and we are glad that we chose this hotel to stay and chill. It was a good rest before my long bus trip back home. ❤️

This hotel is suitable for a maximum of 1 night for solo travelers.When we arrived late in the evening, we sat down on the bed and noticed that the bed was completely unstable. The slatted frame had collapsed in the middle at the feet and head. So at night the two of us hung under the bed to fix it for the night. The problem arose from Velcro strips on the mattress and slatted frame. As soon as you lifted the mattress slightly, the slats fell out in the middle.There was a remote control for our ceiling lamp, very practical if it worked. The lamp came on, then didn't go off again, not even at the switch. It is better not to use the remote control.If you have a bit more luggage or are difficult to walk, there is no elevator.The room is really very small. You can walk around the 1.60 bed, and that's it. Absolutely not pleasant for 2 people, several nights. We didn't even know where to put our suitcases. Which brings me directly to the next topic, the “closet”.To make space in this tiny room, you have to empty your suitcase. But two people can't get very far with four hangers! There are no drawers at all, just a shelf under the clothes rail and several compartments at the top, which you can't reach if you're 1.60 tall. Closet therefore defective.Room is very noisy. You can even hear the neighbor's clothes hanger in the closet.In addition, we also ran out of toilet paper, which we had to get at reception.Plus point:The room was clean, the mattress was comfortable and the location on the U6 is good.

They had recommended it to us but we couldn't stay there, because they didn't answer the phone or have a reception. When we arrived the door was closed. Located in a quiet residential area

Small but nice hotel. The room was nicely decorated and clean, the bed was really comfortable, the staff is very friendly. The location of the hotel is quiet and practical, 3 minutes walk and you are at the next subway station. The breakfast buffet was very varied and left nothing to be desired.

I booked a room and after 2 days I was informed that the room was not reserved and only a suite was available. Very unprofessional.0 ⭐️. Never againObviously you don't have competent employees because I already announced over the phone that I didn't have a credit card and was assured that I could pay on site.But you can't inform me after 2 days that you're sorry but have given the room to someone else. .Yes, as I said - unprofessional.

I was pleasantly surprised. Really a really cute little hotel. I felt very comfortable. The breakfast was very loving. Rooms clean and nicely decorated. Location perfect, 5 minutes walk from the subway. There is also underground parking. Really recommended. I'll definitely come back.

My son and I stayed here for a Bayern Munich game and a visit to the city of Munich.We chose the Hotel Arena Stadt Munich because it is not far from the Allianz Arena. You can reach it on foot or by subway.There were very friendly and helpful employees on site.All of our wishes were taken into account.😊The room was clean and functionally furnished.The breakfast was rich and met all requirements.I can highly recommend this hotel.👍🏻

Very nice hotel located in a quiet residential area. It is beautifully decorated with fresh flowers, including sunflowers, on the tables and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and functionally furnished. Since we were in Munich to attend a concert, we only spent the night there and had breakfast in the morning. The breakfast buffet was also sufficient for our purposes for EUR 8 per person with rolls, sweet spreads, sausage and cheese, a small selection of muesli and yoghurt. The in-house underground car park was a great extra. The only thing that was a bit disturbing was the noise in the room, as I am unfortunately a very light sleeper. We will definitely plan to visit again if a band of our choice plays at the Zenith again 😎
