Absolutely not recommended. The service is very bad. There is nothing mentioned on the booking or in the terms and conditions that dogs are not allowed. On the contrary, when booking they are even shown as dogs allowed. And only after booking do you get the message that dogs are not allowed. And then when you want your money back, nothing works. Apparently a refund was made, but the money did not arrive. Absolutely unfriendly on the phone.

Check in without any problems. The room is very nice and modern. And everything clean.When you shower, the light goes out at some point, the sensor probably doesn't detect the shower. And the shower door isn't completely tight.Since the hotel is on the street you can of course hear the traffic.At that price we would stay here again

The room is very well equipped. The price was the best among the available accommodations in mid-August. The air conditioner was missing from the room in the heat. If this could be resolved, we would come here again next time.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in.No air conditioning; Service had left windows open in July and room was extremely hot at check-in; mosquitoes in the room; cobwebs everywhere; Window doesn't close, so noisy as it's located on the main street; extremely dirty and stains everywhere (blackout curtains, sheets, bedding, pillows!); mold in the bathroom; Bed sheet has holes. When you shower, the light goes off because the sensor does not detect the shower cubicle. The emergency telephone numbers are also not served. With 2 nights booked, we checked out after just 1 night and looked for another hotel. Until today (August) no one could be reached by phone. Only sporadic feedback via email, but no support. Absolute horror! Legal action is now being taken.

I can't rate the service. Positive: The booking goes smoothly and there is free soap.Negative: No air conditioning, rooms extremely heated up in the evenings and warmer than outside (August), windows don't close well, no fly screens, so you have no mosquito protection in the dark (or no light...). Location on a noisy main street, no curtains (no privacy) on the ground floor. Dirty, especially the blackout curtains, strange hair on the bed and both pillows, bed sheet has holes, fridge stinks when opened. When I showered, the light went out because the sensor didn't detect the shower cubicle. Luckily I was only here for one night, never again!

Room reserved citing my wife's disability. That's why we mentioned in the reservation that we would like a room on the ground floor. There was no response, so I assumed it was okay. It was nothing, we were on the 1st floor, thank you. Checking in digitally is easy and the room was relatively spacious and modernly furnished. There is no coffee machine. I flooded the bathroom because the shower door didn't close properly. The water even spilled onto the carpet in the room. Of course not good in the long run. The WiFi was available, but there was no internet despite registration and a good connection. But fortunately the connection to the mobile network is relatively good. I wouldn't book there again because of the poor communication. An email went out with a complaint, but to date there has been no response, let alone an apology. Well then.

Of course I still stand by my previous review:It's a great option for a stopover!However, this time we had a room in which the fan in the bathroom ran continuously.The night was therefore modest.The shower door was anything but tight. This is probably due to the gap being over 2 cm wide.Which is a shame, because if you don't put it on straight away, the water will run out of the bathroom, onto the beautiful parquet flooring... and unfortunately also onto the carpet... and from the looks of it, that's why this has happened several times .Very unfortunateStill a great addressGladly again, then with a stop in your ear.

For this price the room is really ok.It would have been really perfect and worth more if the shower had been so tight that the water wouldn't have spread all over the bathroom.Since there is no reception, you couldn't report the damage, so the next guest would have a leaky shower.Dear BA team, you could come up with something.But I would still book the room again.

Very good value rooms. No air-conditioning so it was either uncomfortable or noisy. No WiFi, which was really annoying. If there's no WiFi, just say so. Don't advertise it and then apologise. Water leaked from shower ran under the door and soaked the carpet. Not good. Finally , no instructions for the hot plate. We're persistent and we worked it out eventually but it was annoying. All in all, we'll come again cos we love the location love the convenience love the price and really love the shower, but get the niggles fixed!!

The hotel was easy to find from the highway and check-in via an SMS code was also very smooth and easy. The room seemed very clean and it was also very quiet in the area, which allowed us to sleep well. The room itself was quite warm, but we were lucky with a rain shower in the evening which cooled it down. There is little in terms of catering establishments within walking distance, but by car there is more than enough.Perfect for an overnight stay in transit, we would do it again!
