We were there as private travelers from September 15th to 18th, 2024.Very good location. Subway almost in front of the door (approx. 60m). 1 stop further, if you are looking for a bus stop on Maximilianstrasse.Otherwise you can take the U1 to the main train station and start the old town stroll there or go 1 stop further to near the market.The staff is very friendly and helpful.Breakfast is plentiful and well stocked.Parking lot behind the hotel (€7/night).Rooms tidy with kettle, coffee and tea on site.

The service is good. We were there because... the oral examination of the 2nd state examination. Basically everything is fine. The hotel is just a bit old. It's OK for an overnight stay. In terms of price it might be a little cheaper.

Rooms are ok for the age, breakfast is also good, scrambled eggs are not edible due to their consistency. Unfortunately, what was really bad were the duvet covers made of 100% polyester. It was very difficult to sleep...

Great location near the U-Bahn. Price point for a big city was excellent! Hotel was clean. Staff was efficient and friendly. Parking is available, as long as you park mid-afternoon. Room was clean and the internet worked well. I highly recommend this hotel in Nurenburg!

Good hotel in a central location for our project, we had an appointment within walking distance. For those who want to go into the city, it can be reached by subway in just a few stations. For those traveling by car, there are enough parking spaces in the hotel parking lot, which were also inexpensive. The hotel is older but in great shape, very clean and the rooms are absolutely fine with very comfortable beds. The staff was super friendly, the hotel bar was open late with a good selection. The breakfast had a wide range and had something for everyone. I would recommend and stay there again

Very good parking options directly at the hotel. Unfortunately there is no charging station for electric vehicles. Rooms are absolutely ok, breakfast is rich and the service staff is very nice. Unfortunately it is a bit remote within walking distance so you have to use public transport.

The hotel overall was overpriced, although the room was clean. Unfortunately, the furnishings seemed dated, as if they were from the 2000s. A positive thing to mention is the breakfast, which was really tasty and fresh. I particularly appreciate the coffee available 24/7, which you could have at any time. There was also a handy box with free takeaway cups on the ground floor, which was very helpful for starting the day. However, the price-performance ratio did not quite meet my expectations.

The room cleanliness was absoluteNo goWe were in this hotel from August 29th to August 31st and the bed cover was extensively smeared with blood. I slept in the duvet one night before we noticed that the duvet was dirty. We complained to reception that the duvets had been replaced and the room should be thoroughly cleaned again. The bed covers have been replaced, but the toilet hasn't been cleaned under the rim for two to three weeks. In the evening when I closed the sink it wouldn't open. Another complaint to reception was that the sink had been repaired. We also noticed that the carpet in the room had not been vacuumed properly. The corners and the heater in the bathroom haven't been cleaned for a long time. The carpet in the hallway either needs to be replaced or cleaned as there are large stains.ConclusionWe have always been very satisfied with the Best Western Hotel - we have never experienced anything like this in Nuremberg in any 3 star hotel in Europe. The two days in Nuremberg were an absolute disaster from Zimmer's point of view.PositiveWhat was positive was the reception, which made an effort to clarify the problems and the breakfast.
