I came with my partner and a friend. She had booked and paid for her own room via Booking and also received a booking confirmation. On site, the nice lady at reception stated that her booking had been canceled by Booking, although no cancellation email was sent. In addition, they didn't have a room available for them, they could only rebook us into a 3-bed room. No other alternatives were mentioned. Since we still had appointments, there was no alternative to choosing the 3-bed room. Location of the hotel was quite good. The room was barely furnished, the bathroom was far too small and the shower was positioned in such a way that the bathroom was completely flooded with water after a minute of showering. TV hung in the middle of the room and didn't face any of the beds, and couldn't be turned so watching TV was impossible. The furnishings are very old - red carpet was laid all over the floor and smelled very musty.

super friendly staff; very old school interior. The rooms are small, simple and cozy ❤️‍🔥 and probably the best price in Munich

We went to an event in the SAP Garden and the Oktoberfest, both of which were very good and easy to get to. The location is good.We were treated very friendly and courteously by all of the employees. The rooms were very small and already old. But everything was very clean.Unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not right.I wanted a triple room, but had to take a double and a single for almost 400 euros a night! In the lobby I noticed another guest being offered a three-bed room for 280 euros. It was clearly too expensive and we won't come again.

We had to look for a room as an emergency during Oktoberfest! The gentleman was very friendly when we called. When we were there, everything was uncomplicated and the gentleman at reception was friendly personified, unfortunately we had already experienced something different in other hotels that evening. The rooms are small and in need of renovation, but it was enough for our needs for one night! It should be mentioned that the bed linen and shower towels were clean, the TV worked including Netflix, we are satisfied and would like to thank you again for the uncomplicated accommodation.

Our bag in the room was opened while we were away.We have before and after pictures that clearly prove this.Nothing was missing, but it still leaves a strange feeling.Rooms small and run down.

Plain and simple crappy. The fun started with the fact that of course the underground car park couldn't be used, so we had to park the car on the street, of course with our own money and without any information in advance. At the entrance, sand was scattered and concrete laid straight on, as there was obviously a dirty construction site in the entire hotel. When we finally got to the room we realized that everything was ok! The shower and shower curtain were a disaster, the toilet didn't flush, the carpet in the room sucks, the balcony is obviously shared with the room next door and the bed looks like a mattress from the dump, just as dirty and shitty.1/10 wouldn't recommend!

We were warmly welcomed. The room was very small but clean. It's okay for 1-2 nights. But we wouldn't stay any longer.Unfortunately the curtains didn't darken the room. The price-performance ratio was fine for us.Some street parking is free on Sundays. Otherwise, the hotel has a garage for an additional charge.

The situation is positive! You can quickly get to the Olympic Park and the city center. Our expectations were low because we went to a concert at the Olympic Stadium on Sunday and just wanted something to sleep on. Price was okay for Munich on Sundays. We were thinking about whether we should arrive on Saturday. But on Saturdays the price was almost three times as much as on Sundays... and that's disproportionate! There was mold in the bathroom and everything was very run down and outdated! There was no duvet, just a linen sheet. If you turned on the light, you would discover a mosquito graveyard in the lampshade. There was a family with children opposite us. In the morning we thought the children were in our room! It's all very noisy! As I said...Munich and the location or not...our demands weren't great, but the price is totally justified! The staff was very friendly!Despite the good location, I would no longer recommend the hotel!

We only stayed at Montree for one night and it was really good for that. The location is okay, right next to a main street which can be a bit noisy, but otherwise it is very well connected by tram and subway (5 minutes to the main station). The room is clean enough so the carpet is coming off the floor and the door and walls are as thin as paper but you survive. Well suited for dwarves as the door handle is 50cm high and generally the height of the rooms is perhaps 150cm so watch out for potential concussions. The bathroom is cute and the 3 in 1 shampoo shower gel hand soap is very practical. When you shower you have a small pool built in the bathroom for other fun activities. Downstairs there is a showcase where you can pay €10 for plugs without charging cables and €3 for tea (at least you always get a printed invoice for everything). But the staff is actually the highlight of the hotel. Super relaxed and nice, always helpful. For the super-duper cheap price per night, I don't think you can expect anything else. There is a clean bed, even a television (where is the remote control?), a clean bathroom with shower gel, a hairdryer is even available free of charge if you ask, a closet and a window. So you don't need more and it's totally enough, especially for one night. Definitely a recommendation if you want to spend an exciting night in the ghetto district.
